SIRAJ PINJARI
B Sci Agri, MBA marketing, Siraj is Agronomist, means a person
who understands the economic, natural and operational domains
related to Agriculture. He is also a domain in Saline water / soil
treatment with his unique solution for W2S (Water to Soil)
methodology.
Siraj has excelled in academics of BSc agri (from Mahatma Phule
Agricultural University, Rahur) and MBA (Pune University), He
had natural aptitude for agriculture and main strgth is Problem
solving.
What keeps him going in solving challenges in agriculture. He
worked with companies like ASPEE, Mahyco seeds Ltd., ITC
chaupal Ecommerce platform for farmers, Origo Commodities
Pvt. Ltd., National Spot Exchange Ltd, MCX and with 15 years
of work experience. To name few of his achievements is
overcoming the water and soil problem 100% and perfecting the
Hydroponics method in exotic vegetable cultivation. Siraj re-
launched sales of Mahyco seeds in Farrukhabad , Kannoj and
Kanpur area of UP after company’s first failed attempt. His
passion for agriculture and innovation is so high that he could
leave his 9-6 Ac room join just to follow his passion. He worked
with farmers, in farms and aware of ground realities in Indian
farming. Happily married and has two lovely daughters and
extremely supporting wife.
GOURI JADHAV
IT management professional shifted to Agriculture, who took a
risk and it paid off well! Gouri holds 20+ years diversified and
rich experience and qualified as SSBB (Six Sigma Black Belt)
from ASQ.
She started her own farming for self-consumption when back
in India, after few years now a leading name in exotic
vegetables, Hydroponics, Residue free farming and Organic
farming in India. Gouri born in farmer family but brought up
in total urban lifestyle had no agriculture hands on but had,
passion, determination and right team to join hands.
Expert in Agri marketing, which enable any high end
technology to justify the ROI and quick recovery from the
market. The B2B and B2C expert for farm fresh produce.
Gouri is Strong believer of innovation, working with subject
matter experts and continuous improvements. Worked in
Shipping (Maersk, PONL), banking (American express,
Barclays), IT and luxury industries in Europe and Middles east
for 6+ years.
Qualification: Masters Degree in Business Administration
(MBA) Marketing, Post Graduate Diploma in International
Trade, Bachelors Degree in Commerce (B.Com.)
