Making a good start
• "Beginning is work half done"- explain the role of a
good start in a presentation ? Or Explain
components of a good start ?
• When a presenter already to give his presentation .
He has to be prepare his beginning of his
presentation so effective that the entire
presentation runs successful.
• It happens with almost all the presenter that he
gets nervous when the presentation is about to
start.
• At such situation all he needs to do is to sustain his
confidence and have faith in himself and his
presentation once if the presenter successful made
good start he would feel relax because a good start
of a presentation and success of the entire
presentation.
• 1 feeling confident
• 2 first three minutes
• 3 objective or benefits
• 4 starting with impact
• 5 Using humors
Feeling confident
• An action plan to build confidence
• Write down the real benefits you can offer your
audience. It is indeed essential job of the presenter
to make his audience believe that he has something
relevant reliable and interesting content to share
with his audience if you know that you have this
type of content then your confidence level will
surely remain high.
Talk through with more
• Experience colleagues.
• Sharing your ideas and views of a subject of your
presentation with experienced colleagues will help
you enrich your presentation as your experiences
must be knowing something more important and
interesting then you.
Remember your own competence
efficiency
• Always keep faith in your self and of your
presentation that you have more knowledge then
your audience don't undersell You're self.
Rehearse the introduction
intensively
• Rehearing the introduction of the presentation is
good but don't ' over rehearse' it because it
reduces your spontaneity .
• Focus on getting the introduction fluent After few
minutes the presentation generally goes smoothly.
Look good on the day
• First impressions is last impressions'
• If you dreesed in well manner it will give confidence
to oneself and formal dressing give you better look
as well to audience if you are looking good on the
day audience will surely notice you and here you.
Get physical
• Take a few breath stretch a little walk , Sure and
loose in up before you start .
• Interact with the audience before you start.
• As people start coming in the room try to interact
with them . This will help you to make them curious
about what they are going to.
• Put them in a good mood.
Focus on the positive people
around you
• Most audience will be a mixed bag of enthusiastic
people and uncooperative people when you will
start the presentation you will come to know two
people who are listening to you and then focus on
those smiliy face.
Enjoy the tension
• Anxiety is natural and necessary when you are
facing large number of the audience but if you are
not nervous then start getting nervous.
Go for it
• Thinking positive thoughts and say ' I can do this '
as you stand up to begin .
Keep quiet about your stress
levels
• If you are nervous don't show your nervousness by
your gesture only you should be knowing that you
are stressed.

• When you prepare notes regarding each shide
make sure that you are not using handouts
Infrontof the audience to elaborate your point
• If there is any expert sitting in the audience views
them as a resource of knowledge not a threat.
• If presenter forget what to say or his mind go blank
sommarized for few minutes what you have said or
ask questions or comments
• If someone walk'sout after sometime let them go
they surely would have valid reason to belove. If
you start get nervous after stating your
presentation then refocus on the contents and
explain point of audience interest.
First three minutes
• First three minutes of a presentation plays a vital
role for a presentation as in the first three minutes
his audience from certain believe in their minds
and therefore to give a strok and effective start first
three minutes are very important " first
impressions is last impressions" .
• There are certain tips that can help a presenter to
make his first three minutes interesting and
affective.

• In a beginning of your presentation by welcoming
your audience in a interecting way put your
audience in a good and light mood.
Say words of thanks
• Presenter need to thanks not to the audience but
also to the person who has introduced him saying
thanks you to the audience and to that person
shows politeness of the presenter.
Frame positively
• Expressing positive expetion the beginning of the
message increase the chances that it will be
receiving positively before storing the presentation
begin with an interesting topic
State objective
• It is a must to state your target clearly. the
presenter need to say the objective not only once
but twice or thrice during the presentation.
Offer some personal information
and reflection
• Most of the audience want to hence about your
professional competence they want to hear about "
real you" by sharing some personal information
show your audience how loveable you.
Show understanding of your
audience
• It is also important to show interest in your
audience take the opportunity to get to know your
audience and built relationship with them.

• Showing personal interests involved the audience

interested by saying" I really want to"

• Before going for the presentation research your
audit and then according state their role and
mentioned clearly after the presentation is over.

that you are ready to start.

  • 2. Making a good start • "Beginning is work half done"- explain the role of a good start in a presentation ? Or Explain components of a good start ?
  • 3. • When a presenter already to give his presentation . He has to be prepare his beginning of his presentation so effective that the entire presentation runs successful. • It happens with almost all the presenter that he gets nervous when the presentation is about to start. • At such situation all he needs to do is to sustain his confidence and have faith in himself and his presentation once if the presenter successful made good start he would feel relax because a good start of a presentation and success of the entire presentation.

  • 5. Feeling confident • An action plan to build confidence • Write down the real benefits you can offer your audience. It is indeed essential job of the presenter to make his audience believe that he has something relevant reliable and interesting content to share with his audience if you know that you have this type of content then your confidence level will surely remain high.
  • 6. Talk through with more • Experience colleagues. • Sharing your ideas and views of a subject of your presentation with experienced colleagues will help you enrich your presentation as your experiences must be knowing something more important and interesting then you.
  • 7. Remember your own competence efficiency • Always keep faith in your self and of your presentation that you have more knowledge then your audience don't undersell You're self.
  • 8. Rehearse the introduction intensively • Rehearing the introduction of the presentation is good but don't ' over rehearse' it because it reduces your spontaneity . • Focus on getting the introduction fluent After few minutes the presentation generally goes smoothly.
  • 9. Look good on the day • First impressions is last impressions' • If you dreesed in well manner it will give confidence to oneself and formal dressing give you better look as well to audience if you are looking good on the day audience will surely notice you and here you.

Get physical • Take a few breath stretch a little walk , Sure and loose in up before you start . • Interact with the audience before you start. • As people start coming in the room try to interact with them . This will help you to make them curious about what they are going to. • Put them in a good mood.
  • 11. Focus on the positive people around you • Most audience will be a mixed bag of enthusiastic people and uncooperative people when you will start the presentation you will come to know two people who are listening to you and then focus on those smiliy face.
  • 12. Enjoy the tension • Anxiety is natural and necessary when you are facing large number of the audience but if you are not nervous then start getting nervous.
  • 13. Go for it • Thinking positive thoughts and say ' I can do this ' as you stand up to begin .
  • 14. Keep quiet about your stress levels • If you are nervous don't show your nervousness by your gesture only you should be knowing that you are stressed.

First three minutes • First three minutes of a presentation plays a vital role for a presentation as in the first three minutes his audience from certain believe in their minds and therefore to give a strok and effective start first three minutes are very important " first impressions is last impressions" . • There are certain tips that can help a presenter to make his first three minutes interesting and affective.
