4. Without any iota of doubt, a skilled workforce is the major challenge that India as a country is facing
despite its demographic dividend wherein over 65% of its population is under 35 years of age. To
help the economy reap this dividend, SLS is developing the human capital in diverse sectors through
its training interventions that Guarantee Employment.
We were driven by the fact that India has a huge ‘demographic dividend’ advantage but still there
are high figures of un-employability. We were also concerned that organizations struggle to get entry-
level skilled workforce and spend considerable time, efforts and financial resources. This led us to
create model for creating sustainable propositions wherein we could train the youth and get them
employed as well. As a CSR initiative we have been working on providing entry-level skilled workforce
to the organizations at no cost.
Trainings also encompass educational institutions – students, faculty members as well as parents of
school & college-going students.
Through our strategic alliances we have been working on various skill development initiatives.
We are also part of a National Digital Literacy Mission where our goal is to reach out to every
individual from 14 years to 60 years to be able to access and use Internet easily for their day to day
activities.

After huge success in UAE, our team has brought the concept of 3D Wall paintings
(exterior & interior) in India. Going by the response, we have also started the concept of
3D paintings on apparels and other merchandise.
A project team comprises of architects, designers, project managers, masons, carpenters,
with the international exposure of working on diverse projects. A pre-project review
discussion and analysis is conducted to know the expectation of the clients and then
propose the best options to be worked out after careful thoughts.
The creativity stems from the time the team spends in evolving the aesthetic sense while
traveling all over the world, in diverse countries and cultures. The designs are for Interior
& Exterior 3D Paintings and suitable for Residential, Commercial, Office spaces, Festivals &
Events, various other customised solutions are designed based on request.

11.  Tie-up with industry bodies to train 5 lakh youth in the age group of 16-40 years to create skilled
workforce in the next 3 years.
 Alliance with Tech Mahindra, leading Business Group of India to promote technology-oriented product
for increasing Employability Prospects of the youth.
 Association for LED Distribution under Ministry of Power
 Under the Mobilize-Train-Deploy model, we have tied-up with Ministry of Textiles to provide training &
employment to the people who want to opt for a career in garment manufacturing industry. 300+
students enrolled under the program.
 Conceptualised and implemented the HIRE-TRAIN-DEPLOY model to cater to the demands of entry-level
workforce of industries in IT/ITeS, Retail, Insurance, Services sector. Tied-up with leading retail (café,
QSR chains, electronics stores, automobile dealerships) for employment to the trained candidates.
 Conceptualised flagship module SEEP (SLS Employability Enhancement Program) to train people in
various educational institutions under the same.
 Set up fully integrated office with a seating capacity of 100 nos. ( 24/7) (365/366 days)
 Under Digitisation Initiative by Govt. of India (Ministry of IT & Telecommunications), we have enrolled
and successfully completed the training for 500+ people.
