Excelus works towards improving employability prospects of the youth from rural, below poverty line
backgrounds and the under priviledged sections of the society.
Our infrastructure has the capacity to train more than 25000 candidates annually through our 65
centers located across 14 states in India.

Our projects under this program are dedicated towards providing custom made learning solutions that address
the changing needs of businesses. Antharan comes along with a lot of flexibility that focusses on the skills being
imparted to the candidates. Under this program, Excelus works with private players as well as government entities in
various projects.
A comprehensive range of training solutions have been designed to empower the existing workforce with skills and

Step Leap
STEP LEAP offers a variety of “Job Ready” courses to graduate students, working professionals and
corporate(s). These courses give candidates a competitive edge over other job seekers and make them
preferred employees. The courses are also suited for fresh hires of corporate(s).
All courses include basic theory but concentrate on practical aspects to build professional knowledge
on job application skills and are being prepared in conjunction with industry experts. It reduces the
requirement of employers to train new hires on joining, thus reducing costs and saving time.
7. The training program on recruitment, namely TRUMP: Training and Recruitment Unique
Model Program, is for training of fresh hires in the field of staffing and recruitment. The
first course started in June 2015. All courses are certification courses and the team also
provides placement assistance.
