the Outbreak of Pandemic

7. • China was the first country to be affected by Covid-19 and took unprecedented lockdown measures that
led to a historic decline in growth of at least 6% in 2020. But in 2021, the country has mounted a recovery
and economic growth is projected to reach 8.5 percent by the end of the year.

8. China's economy grew last year at the second slowest
rate in almost half a century - in a sign of how the
country's strict coronavirus regulations have affected
businesses. Official figures show the gross domestic
product (GDP) of the world's second largest economy
rose 3% in 2022.

9. Income Distribution In China
In 2021, China reached a score of 46.6 (0.466) points. The
Gini Index is a statistical measure that is used to represent
unequal distributions, e.g. income distribution. It can take
any value between 1 and 100 points (or 0 and 1). The
closer the value is to 100 the greater is the inequality.

China really is one of the top countries out there. China shows its
continuous growth in a fast pace. China focus in economic development and
that maybe the reason why it is faster to develop than other countries.
During the pandemic China has followed the ups and downs of the
pandemic. Outbreaks and economic slowdowns have been followed by
uneven recoveries. Despite the economic drop during the pandemic China
has already recovered and are back to its track to continue to develop.
Economy really is more important than the culture and tradition of a
country.
