2. Originally from a small town outside of Cleveland,
Ohio, Gina Accordino fell in love with dance and the
performing arts at a young age. She spent every
free moment training and learning as much as she
could about the dance industry and she knew that
small town life was not for her. Gina moved to New
York City and has spent the past five years
performing as a dancer in the city and all across the
country. Throughout her years of auditioning and
performing Gina has developed an interest in what
happens on the other side of the audition table and
is currently pursuing a degree in Entertainment
Business at Full Sail University to continue to fuel her
passion for an industry she fell in love with at a
young age.

of 2027

‣ Will work my way up and prove how my

11. BRAND POSITION
For Telsey + Company who cast talent in theater and
TV and film productions across the country, I provide a
fresh new take on casting. I have first hand experience
being the talent that they wish to cast and therefore
have a better understand of when certain types of
talent are needed for specific roles and when the
casting decision is not always based on just talent
alone.

You know how a lot of films, TV shows, and Broadway productions have
been criticized for not casting the appropriate talent for a role? Well, I am
able to offer casting companies a way to avoid that criticism. I have
spent the majority of my life as the talent that most of these companies
are looking to cast. The knowledge that I have gained from those years
of experience allows me to more effectively spot talent and know when
certain talent is needed for specific roles. I also know when talent is not
always the deciding factor in casting decisions. I am able to help casting
companies appropriately cast every role.
