CAREER SUMMARY
HR Resourcing Project Manager, Barclays Bank, 2015. Undertook limited term assignment to apply Dodd-Frank
Act stress testing (DFAST) in complement with the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR)
process, ensuring that the bank’s new Intermediate Holding Company for the Americas was in alignment
with federal risk management requirements for resourcing. Led initiative to get relevant information systems
into compliance.
VP Talent Acquisition Management, TD Bank, 2012 to 2014. Led team of six recruiters for one of the ten largest
banks in the US, with 26,000 employees. Planned and directed high-volume recruiting in an aggressively
growing market with 171 retail banking store fronts in Long Island, suburban New York and northern New
Jersey.
Director / HR Business Partner, Adecco US, 2007 to 2012. Provided strategic employee issue guidance to client
business leaders for the world’s largest provider of HR solutions, and winner of Total Cost of Ownership
(TCOOTM) Supplier Award. Offered business outcome-focused consulting services through Adecco’s
Center of Excellence.
HR Manager, Amalgamated Insurance Company, 2005 to 2007. Led diversity initiatives, employee programs,
