Senior HR Business Partner responsible for developing and executing the human capital plans for several
of the Commercial global business lines including Casualty, Financial Lines, Specialty and the Chief
Underwriting Office. Advised leaders on talent acquisition, compensation and workforce decisions.
Selected as HR strategy lead for new HRBP community of practice; created a “how to build a human
capital plan” tool kit for company HRBPs.
• Advised and partnered with the global Head of Casualty in implementing new compensation and
grading structure and communicating new grades and bonus targets to 2,500 employees in 90
countries.
• Collaborated with newly-hired CUO in building new CUO organization including role design,
hiring internal and external talent and reorganizing underwriting audit team. Partnered with
CUO and Head of Business Training on new Underwriting Excellence initiative which entailed
determining the “role of the future underwriter” to better develop, grow and retain the
underwriting talent pool. Co-delivered a new underwriting training curriculum for all Commercial
underwriters.
• Partnered with global Head of Financial Lines to identify and hire new Head of EMEA and to
develop the EMEA leadership team. Partnered with EMEA leaders and HR talent management to

succession planning and talent management assessment.
• Served as project manager for first coordinated global Reductions-in-Force (RIF) effort across all
