• Responsible to maintain the record of Branches License, Lease Agreements of Branches and
Guest Houses.
• Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.
 Worked as Account Assistant / Ledger Keeper in National Rural Support Programme
(NGO) from November 2007 to Mar 2011.

• Dealing with all matters regarding Management Information System (MIS) software.
• Dealing with deposits/clients in routine.
• Punching of Daily Disbursed vouchers in MIS.
• Punching of Daily Recovery receipts in MIS.
• Checking of credit cases and send to Head office for approval.
• Preparation of credit officer wise recovery and disbursement target achievement report.
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement and bank book.
• Preparation of Monthly saving report of borrowers and report to Regional Office.
