5. BEFORE BEGINNING TO WRITE :
1.Go through the information in the project
reports made available by the institute and any
other material. Select a topic suitable for you
after going through the list of topics given.
2.Decide the scope of the topic, its limitations
with due consideration for the time and
material available to you.
3.Read the relevant information in various books,
journals, magazines, newspapers, etc. You can
collect information by discussing with your
colleagues and teachers.
6. BEFORE BEGINNING TO WRITE :
4. Prepare a scrapbook to write the relevant
notes, keeping the scraps, copies of articles,
etc., write these notes on one side of the
notebook or file, keeping the other side for
additions.
5.You can write the project report either of the
languages - English, Marathi, Gujarati, Hindi.
7. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR WRITING THE PROJECT:
1. A-4 size paper has to be used with the margins of
a) Left: 40 mm
b) Right: 25 mm
c) Top: 15 mm
d) Bottom: 15 mm
2. The report should be preferably typewritten. The
font size of 12 or 14 should be used. In case of
hand written report, it should be legible. It is
preferable to use spiral binding with plastic cover.
3. Your name and group number should be
mentioned along with the topic on the front cover.
8. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR WRITING THE PROJECT:
4. It should be grammatically correct. Only the
accepted abbreviations should be used.
5. Two copies should be prepared, one for
submitting and one for yourself.
6. SPIRAL BINDING WITH PLASTIC COVER IS
COMPULSARY
7. The projects adjudged 1st, 2nd and 3rd are kept
at the institute library permanently, others are
returned on the day of the declaration of results.
