identifying the customers' needs and escorting them

Events; Domestic and worldwide, along with
uncompromising professionalism and familiarity with
variety of worldwide suppliers, which allow us to create
an event that matches each client’s requirements at the

5. The way we work …
First we listen (receive your brief and meeting request), then a meeting is set to dive into the micro details and
fine tuning. It is important for us to get to know our clients and learn their needs and expectations, accordingly
each event is customize, no matter where in the world, to match the brand’s characteristics.
After thorough research with our international suppliers we send a proposal consisting of several options.
Once an option is selected, we are preparing a detailed schedule for a joint site inspection.
During the inspection we meet with relevant hotels, caterers, venues and other relevant suppliers that were
chosen in advance in a preliminary process.
When all information is gathered and major principals are agreed, we prepare an event itinerary and
preliminary detailed budget for your event, to be evaluated together and finalizing the necessary adaptations.
