whenever you are

you are addressing
or who is speaking
to you.
● Share your

not give you

slumping or sagging.

lot about you and your
attitude to what you
are doing.

7. Voice
● To change a
monotonous voice
vary:
 The pitch
 The intonation
 The rhythm
 The tone
● Speak clearly; do
not mumble words.
● Use the right
volume.
● Do not make a lot
of “false starts”
 Rephrasing halfway
through a sentence.

If you talk during the whole lesson ask

● Is it necessary for you to talk too much?
● What are your students doing while you are
talking?
● Do students learn something from what you
talk?
● Could they learn the same thing in a
different way?
