 Wrote employee manual covering issues including disciplinary procedures, code of conduct, FMLA policy and benefits
information
 Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team
 Supervise human resource activities, such as determining staffing requirements, interviewing, hiring and training new
employees.
 Participate in sales activities, including developing a product or service mix, setting pricing and determining customer
demand through data analysis.
 Develop optimum levels of leadership, encouragement and talent development to achieve goals and objectives
 Manage, develop and review the performance of the Safety Training Team to achieve the desired outcomes
 Ensure customer service levels exceed Company requirements through ensuring direct reports are exceeding the defined
standards for customer excellence
 Manage and facilitate new business development by working with sales and marketing departments and communicating
with respective teams
 Manage marketing websites used such as Constant Contact and Reach Local
 Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures
 Prepare miscellaneous reports and assist C.E.O. with special projects as assigned.
