proven methods from Appreciative Inquiry and Living
Systems Theory to help clients change their lives.
Certified through Seattle Pacific University and the
Parent Coaching Institute, she offers coaching through
various formats which can be mixed and matched, for
your convenience.

Individual sessions
Family/group sessions
A blend of individual and family / group sessions
Fiona coaches in person at her Nelson practice, in your
home, or at a designated site (for West Kootenay
residents), by phone, or by Skype / FaceTime.
Other Services

sessions and $900 Cdn for 8 sessions. All
packages include unlimited email
correspondence, and a short check‐in
conversation between sessions.
Individual sessions are typically 60
minutes; family /group sessions are
typically 90 minutes.
