1. NOT READY, AS USUAL.

2. Stuff about me!
• I sometimes steal potted plants from people's porches and then gift
them to friends and family, unless I really like the plant then I keep it for
myself
• I own an adorable 5-month old puppy that I found abandoned in front
of a church
• I aspire to work in psychopharmacology and maybe start working in a
soulless pharmaceutical company
• I've been in a loving relationship with a great man for the past 4 years,
and we lovingly communicate via passive-aggressive retorts and angry
scowls. We're practically married at this point.
• I really don't like it when I mention to my aunts and uncles that I'm
studying Psychology and they reply by saying "Maybe one day you can
diagnose this crazy family!". Like Omg that’s almost as funny as the last
40 times you've said it.
• I'm poor as hell and live in Cambodia Town in Long Beach, I sometimes
hear gunshots in the evenings. You get used to the sound haha.
• While I'm watering my stolen potted plants and scowl at my boyfriend I
like to guess whether the sound I just heard was either my Cambodian
neighbors setting off fireworks again, my dog playing with bubble wrap,
or more gunshots
3. Things I'd Like to Learn
• If a person has no opinion on a given subject, does the initial
exposure to one side of an argument have more of an impact
than the ideas behind an argument?
• How do cultural and social norms affect our conceptions of
societal success?
• Has the emphasis on maintaining high self esteem in school
children been observed on having a positive or negative effect
on them as they develop?
• Does body language change as we grow older due to physical
constraints such as health issues, or do we find other ways to
convey the same message via different channels.
