Resident Engineer for KTR-Ethos Energy Group for maintenance and operation of all OEM equipment such as Gas
Turbines, Steam Turbines, Compressors and relevant control systems and auxiliaries. Achieved great and important
results for final customer by clearing all the punch list and warranty issues were left open by OEM. and disputed with
the client because not able to sort them out in years. Engineering correction and design changes thanks to multi skill
expertise, and great benefit for customer by improving reliability and availability of equipment.
January to March 2014:

Operation and Maintenance Engineer with Marathon Oil/Wood Group and focal point for the Equatorial Guinean
Government and Plant director. Focal point for all personnel of the plant such as operation and maintenance. Plant
Director for one and half year, managing all the aspect of the contract and focal point for the relations with Ministry of
Mine and Energy of E.G. Organizing and managing Contractors for Planned and forced Outages activities. Achieved
important results in managing and optimizing the repair cycle of the parts and monitoring the life span of each set.
Developed the local resources with on-job trainings and creating multi skill teams achieving cost saving for the
company.
October 2004 to March 2007:
“N.LNG Bonny Island (Nigeria) – Expansion project regarding the installation of No.4 gas turbine MS6001B
generator drive and No.3 LNG modules composed by two trains each for propane and MR gas.”
Lead Control Engineer for the installation and commissioning of the field instrumentation (Instrument/electrical Hook-
Up), functional test and commissioning of control panels, commissioning and start up activities. In charge for
contractors erection/commissioning activities, planning and schedules. Stream test review in factory for new trains
achieving great benefits due to cost saving on site for man hours and materials and therefore benefits on the company’s
budget.
July 1998 to September 2004:
“M.LNG Bintulu (East Malaysia) – M.LNG SATU - M.LNG DUA - M.LNG TIGA”- PETRONAS/SHELL
Full time Resident Engineer on site, on permanent basis for Nuovo Pignone. Enhancing the Contract and all the aspects
to it related, by achieving important benefits for final customer and company. Carried on various plant review and
modifications that have brought great cost savings and benefits to customer during planned and unplanned outages
activities. Achieved important result by increasing drastically the MTBF and MTBM parameters of the equipment with
benefits for production and cost saving. For the first five years had the following duties beside of managing the LTSA
contract as the only presence on site:
• Mechanical, electrical, instrument and control assistance for the OEM equipment;
• Planner, preparation and handling of spare parts list for planned and forced outages;
• Customer personnel Training for OEM equipment;
• Performance monitoring and data collection with benefits for the reliability of the equipment;
• Involved with the customer and the Shell reliability team for the implementation of the plant reliability by
proposing modification useful to such purpose and achieving important improvement of plant production
increasing the total reliability to 99.7%;
• Retrofit of two Hitachi MS5001 by replacing control panel and turbine hardware and complete re-commissioning
of the units. Achieved important results for the company name by assuring delivery of the project in advance to the
scheduled target. Benefits and cost savings considering the poor documentation available due to the age of the units
and the need to re-design and re-engineering on site.
and with the new LTSA contract on the last year:
• Site director and QA/QC;
• Developing warehouse for parts storage and arranging all local contractors and suppliers for the duration of the
LTSA. Benefits for the company by having a multi skill on site that could handle all the aspects of the contract and
equipment involved.
May 1998 – July 1998:
“SONDEL POWER PLANT - Milazzo – Sicily ITALY”
Installation and commissioning of one Gas Turbine MS9001 generator drive plus steam turbine with Turbotecnica NP.
Functional test PLC set up, vibration monitoring system, and firefighting system. Functional check and calibration of
motorized and pneumatic valves. On site engineering review with benefit for the company asset by achieving the given
target for project completition. Administrating contractors and work force for erection and commissioning activities
achieving cost savings while assuring service and results for the project.

May 1998:
POWER GENRATION PLANT - E.N.E.L.- Rossano Calabro for Turbotecnica to implement new hardware and
logics and commissioning new installed software on turbine control panels. Great benefit and cost saving for the
company counting on my multi skill to achieve the end of project in advance to the given target.
April 1996 – May 1998:
“Cogeneration plant I.S.E. Taranto” with Turbotecnica e Nuovo Pignone.
• Lead Instrument Engineer for erection and commissioning of No.3 trains for the instrument activities,
compression area, firefighting systems and analyzers (Instrument/electrical Hook-Up);
• Loop checks and commissioning of instrumentation aboard machines and utilities, fire protection system and
control panels, monitoring gas system, CO, O2 analyzers, gas chromatograph and Calorimeter, calibration of
motorized valves and hydraulic skids for eight shape type isolation valves;
• T.A. for CSA long term agreement team as responsible for the instrumentation contractor for day to day and
planned maintenance, spare parts management and for shut down schedules;
• Managing Instrumentation and Electrical contractors for the Maintenance activities. Achieved important results
for MTBM parameters by implementing procedures and standards for preventive maintenance.
February 1994 – April 1996:
“E.N.E.L. Power generation Plant – Rossano Calabro – Italy” Erection, Commissioning, Start up and

Enhancing the Contract and all the aspects to it related, by achieving important benefits for final customer and company. Carried on various plant review and modifications that have brought great cost savings and benefits to customer during planned and unplanned outages activities. Achieved important result by increasing drastically the MTBF and MTBM parameters of the equipment with benefits for production and cost saving. For the first five years had the following duties beside of managing the LTSA contract as the only presence on site: • Mechanical, electrical, instrument and control assistance for the OEM equipment; • Planner, preparation and handling of spare parts list for planned and forced outages; • Customer personnel Training for OEM equipment; • Performance monitoring and data collection with benefits for the reliability of the equipment; • Involved with the customer and the Shell reliability team for the implementation of the plant reliability by proposing modification useful to such purpose and achieving important improvement of plant production increasing the total reliability to 99.7%; • Retrofit of two Hitachi MS5001 by replacing control panel and turbine hardware and complete re-commissioning of the units. Achieved important results for the company name by assuring delivery of the project in advance to the scheduled target.
