VESTAS WIND SYSTEMS A/S
Nov 08-Present Global Strategic Account Director - Key Account Management - Dirigente Rome, Italy
• Reporting to the President of Vestas Mediterranean and to the Chief Sales Officer of the Group, I lead a team that
manage major customers of Vestas portfolio at a global level (Enel Green Power, Sorgenia, Foster Wheeler etc).
• Achieved 800 MW of firm orders globally up to date.
• Responsible for all commercial and operation activities related to those accounts including tender preparation,
negotiation, execution, service offering and customer’s asset management.
• Focused to provide customer with business case certainty and lowest cost of energy for any wind project application.
Global responsibility of key customers across all functions: new sales orders, construction and asset management and
upgrades.
Main achievements:
-700 MW firm + 700 MW options for wind turbine generators. As part of a global competitive process Vestas was
awarded the highest volume for global installation for 2011-2014.
-200 MW (111 turbines) Caney River project in Kansas: contract signed in 2010 and fully operational by end of 2011.
-90 MW Talinay project in Chile. Projects developed by Vestas and sold to the customer as a full EPC project. I was a
member of the negotiating team for the Share Purchase Agreement and the underlying EPC and O&M contracts.
Project fully executed within Dec 2012.
-178 MW in Chile. As part of the Talinay agreement, 2 projects where included as exclusivity and one them of 90MW
has been turned into a firm order and in execution phase.
-97 MW (70 MW Corugea and 27 MW Gebelesis projects) in Romania. Responsible to negotiate a complex agreement
involving past commitments in Spain of the customer with new conditions and new tax implication and reversals in
Romania.
-29 MW project in Greece negotiated with customer’s partner. Project in operation since 2011.
-18 MW in 2 projects in France
-46 MW project in Calabria, Italy, first new project in Italy with that customer since 2003. In operation since end 2012.
-24 MW project in Campania region as first project sold directly from Vestas to that customer. In operation in 2012.
-Improvement of the Customer Loyalty Score including NPS score in the top scores among Vestas’ customers.
Responsibility of ensuring the best industry standard energy Lost Production Factor for customer’s assets with a team
of Key Account Service and Assets managers that proactively and reactively in case of need procure the smoothest
operation and fastest intervention on customer equipment.

GENERAL ELECTRIC – ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE
Oct 03-Oct 08 Commercial Leader, Power and Water – GE Wind Energy - Quadro Florence, Italy
• Responsible for Wind Turbines sales contracts in Italy, Greece and Cyprus leading technical assessment, contractual
risk analysis and mitigation, cost and pricing analysis, marketing analysis & value pricing, profitability, contractual
negotiations and handover to execution team.
• Managing projects from opportunity identification to contract signature. Leading negotiations for all deals in Italy
resulting in orders for a total amount of 300 M€ (2007 150M €) and exceeding profitability goals (2006 award for
outstanding sales result).
During the time in GE, I initiated the wind business in Italy with the first 100 MW open order with a major Italian
utility.
This was followed by numerous contracts with independent power producers (Foster Wheeler Power, Falck
Renewables, E&S Energy, Brulli Energia, Daneco Renewables and others)
2. GENERAL ELECTRIC - OIL & GAS
During my time at GE I was selected and completed the 2-year talent leadership program known as EEDP (Edison
Engineering Development Program) that, together with the pre-assignment and the off-program position, contributed
to my development on the job and through a series of leadership courses in the GE O&G University and twice at the
John F. Welch Leadership Development Center GE's Corporate university at Crotonville, New York.

• Led improvement projects in the Product Leadership Team within the core areas of design, testing and new product
market introduction of Gas Turbines. Coordinated and managed budget of design improvements and prototype
testing resulting in increased efficiency and lower NOx and CO emissions.
• Customer focal point for fleet issues and lead of the root cause analysis and resolution teams.
