• So, two free variables have relationship with knowledge about verbal abuse there
are age and education level and two free variables have no relationship with
knowledge about verbal abuse there are parity and economic status.
• The older a person will affect maturity in behavior and experience so that it
affects the level of knowledge.
• The higher a person’s level of education it will also affect the mindset and
acceptance of something new to make her better.
• Beside that there are several factors which also influence the knowledge level
about verbal abuse, including information media, parenting given by parents to
her (mother), environmental factors that are accustomed to speaking rudely, and
parental stress factors so as to vent to their children.

As for some suggestions based on the results of research from the authors for
preschooler mothers (3-6 years) who have good knowledge of verbal abuse is expected
to maintain a good quality of communication with the child, and for preschooler mothers
who have less knowledge about verbal abuse to increase knowledge about verbal
abuse in children, conduct good quality communication with children, In order to
minimize the number of cases of verbal abuse against children.
8. SAYING INAPPROPRIATE WORDS WILL ONLY HAVE A BAD INFLUENCE, CAN EVEN MAKE
CHILDREN PSYCHOLOGICAL DISTURBED.
