resources vs. volume output
• Ensure proper time and motions are done on site daily,
and that record is kept
• Ensure staff on site wear correct uniforms and PPE

with correct branding and I.D tags
• Ensure staff are properly trained and in the right seats,
with correct titles and salary grades
• Ensuring customer complains logged on My business
and all complaints to be investigated and closed within
48 Hours
• Ensure floor walks are done on a regular basis by all
CM’S with team efforts from time to time as per
schedule submitted
