Process Engineer
 Was responsible for CT Symrit2/6/16 series and Symbia Intevo2/6/16 series production process optimization and
productivity improvement, decreased test time for 20 minutes per system.
 Developed and maintained production documentation (DMR, FEMA, Master plan etc.).
 Maintained and updated material incoming inspection of electrical part.
 Developed tooling, equipment and new technology including documentation and validation.
 Transferred design from R&D to production.
 Was responsible for change request process in production department and for process optimization, handled about 80
change request individually.
 Coordinator of SCM department in Shanghai and Germany, meeting per week to analysis the return reason of return parts

PROJECTS
Evaluation of tennis racket swing during impact with a tennis ball
Was presenter of this project and presented in 2016 Science in the Age of Experience (Dassault Systèmes Simulia Conference).
 Simplified the tennis racket 3D model in SolidWorks.
 Meshed and added string bed of the racket in Hypermesh.
 Used Abaqus/Explicit to do simulations and analyzed the ball exit velocity and reaction force on the handle.
 Determined optimal hitting position of racket by a given arriving velocity.
Thermal analysis of a brake process
 Used Abaqus/Explicit to do simulations of brake process.
 Determined that temperature was generated by frictional force and changed by time.
Finite element analysis of scissor car jack
 Built full size 3D model in PTC Creo.
 Meshed and created elements sets in Hypermesh
 Used Abaqus to do finite element analysis and tested the ultimate load the car jack can handled.
 Improved the car jack in several aspects, which were material, thickness of frame.
Knee walker for below knee amputated patients
 Designed a more safe, comfortable and adjustable knee walker for majority of adult patients.
 Built 3D model in PTC Creo.
