Projects Dealt:
Project Name: TDACS System
Client: Space Application Centre (SAC), Ahmedabad
Role: System Hardware Design & commissioning
Duration: 3 months
Team Size: 5
Responsibilities:
• Gathered and monitored temperature using RTD, Thermocouple and
Thermistor
• Designed the electrical schematics as per hardware design document,
panel wiring and testing
• Involved in onsite field wiring and commissioning
Result:
The TDACS with SCADA is used by Space Application Centre (SAC) to conduct
thermal vacuum performance test of payload along with the satellite panels.
The proposed control system is divided into 3 main units: Thermocouple
Signal Processing Unit (TSPU),Power Signal Processing Unit (PSPU) and
Data Processing Unit(DPU) and successfully tests the payload and satellite
panels
Project Name: Control Panel for Automation of H2 & Co2 compressors
Client: Burckhardt Compressions
Role: System Hardware Design & commissioning
Duration: 6 months
Team Size: 3
Responsibilities:
• Implemented control panel design for on field simulation unit for various
operations to be undertaken for a Sub marine
• Developed similar units for additional 6 no's with revised requirements
as on field conditions in sub marine
• Conducted manual and auto control of drain cycle for H2 and CO2
compressors
Result:
The control panel device controls the H2 & CO2 compressors present in the
submarine. Also sends the status to the SCADA system on its operation and
control
Project Name: 700KV HT PLC Panel & 600KV HT PLC Panel
Client: Alstom T & D India Ltd, Hosur
Role: System Hardware Design & commissioning
Duration: 6 months
Team Size: 2
Responsibilities:
Hardware: Software:
Complete hardware design including
Alteration of the panel on field to
respond Automation
LabVIEW GUI Testing as per
sequence of CT & CVT Testing
Result:
Current Transformers(CT) & Current Voltage Transformers (CVT) are
applied with high voltage in range of Kilo Volt’s as per its sequence and
conduct tests with the Pass or Fail certification

Project Name:
Vehicle security using GSM and GPS (Real time implementation in two
wheelers)
Role: Design& Development
Duration: 4 months
Team Size: 2
Responsibilities:
Software: Hardware:
.asm coding for Academic project in
final year
8051 Micro-controller
Result:
The system sends security alarm call to the owner when someone tries to
break the Vehicle lock (Car/Bike). The vehicle’s engine can be turned off if
the owner ring backs to the same number. In case of change of owner, the
number can be changed immediately and it is not limited to single owner and
is not hard coded. Further using the location tracking system whereabouts of
the vehicle can be known. In addition this unit can be fixed to any old vehicle
being used
Accolade: Paper on vehicle security using GSM and GPS was considered eligible for presentation in the
International conference on Electrical Engineering and Computer science (EECS) by IRNET
