ATENEO MUSICAL
MARIANO PUIG YAGO
(1898- 1978)
Este pasodoble debe su nombre a la Banda del Ateneo Musical de Cullera, que fue dirigida por el compositor desde
1931 hasta 1968. El compositor es autor de más de 50 pasodobles. Con la banda del Ateneo Musical acudió 11 años
al Certamen de Valencia, consiguiendo varios premios, pero destacando sobre todos el Primer Premio de la Sección
Especial, hoy de Honor, de 1957. Repleto de melodías líricas construidas dentro del delicado arte del contrapunto,
Ateneo Musical es sin duda uno de los pasodobles más representativos de la cultura musical valenciana.
































Ateneo Musical - Mariano Puig - Set of Clarinets

  • 1. ATENEO MUSICAL MARIANO PUIG YAGO (1898- 1978) Este pasodoble debe su nombre a la Banda del Ateneo Musical de Cullera, que fue dirigida por el compositor desde 1931 hasta 1968. El compositor es autor de más de 50 pasodobles. Con la banda del Ateneo Musical acudió 11 años al Certamen de Valencia, consiguiendo varios premios, pero destacando sobre todos el Primer Premio de la Sección Especial, hoy de Honor, de 1957. Repleto de melodías líricas construidas dentro del delicado arte del contrapunto, Ateneo Musical es sin duda uno de los pasodobles más representativos de la cultura musical valenciana.
