4. Questions to Prepare Pitch
1. What problem am I solving?
2. Who am I solving the problem for (i.e. your customer persona/ideal
client or target market)?
3. How is the customer persona solving the problem currently? Who are
your competitors?
4. What are you doing that is different from your competitors? This could
be a technological advantage, your branding, your business model, or
even the specific niche you are serving that your competitors are not.
5. What is your business model? How are you going to sell the product or
service?
6. Who are you? Talk about yourself, your achievements, and what you
are pursuing.
