  3. 3. Objective <ul><li>To Create a long lasting relationship with the customers </li></ul><ul><li>Complete enjoyment for Airtel invitees </li></ul>

  8. 8. Venue Options… <ul><li>Mittal gardens </li></ul><ul><li>Tivoli Garden </li></ul><ul><li>Uppal Orchids (Gurgaon) </li></ul><ul><li>These venue are suggested as they are centrally located in south Delhi and have good parking space </li></ul>
  9. 9. <ul><li>Direct Mailers to customers of the Airtel </li></ul><ul><li>E.g.: Watch out for Big n Bright stars on the earth in front of you </li></ul><ul><li>Teasers in the form of logo will be sent </li></ul><ul><li>Press releases will be issued to media </li></ul>Pre Event Activities/Promotion

Invitation… <ul><li>Invitation will be sent in the form of “Empty Wine Bottles” filled with colorful thermocol balls & glittering stars with a colorful packaging. </li></ul><ul><li>Invitation will mention the theme, venue and other necessary details </li></ul><ul><li>These empty bottles will be picked from the different Hotels </li></ul>

  13. 13. On the day of the event <ul><li>Venue Preparation will be finished by 5 pm </li></ul><ul><li>Stage will be ready by 3 pm for ‘Trials' by the artists before the actual event </li></ul><ul><li>Two Eushers will Escort Chief Guest </li></ul>
  14. 14. Food and Beverage…. <ul><li>Snacks will be served as and when the first guest will arrive </li></ul><ul><li>Bar will open at 8 pm </li></ul><ul><li>Food counters will open at 9:15pm </li></ul>

  16. 16. Back Drop Option-2 Panels are used to cover the mountains
  17. 17. Back Drop… <ul><li>A mountain will be placed in the back drop and a flag will be placed with the same logo </li></ul>

ENTRANCE <ul><li>A mountain will be kept in between the entrance. </li></ul><ul><li>Every invitee will be given a flag of the logo to put </li></ul><ul><li>On the mountain that will be placed on the entrance </li></ul><ul><li>Will not be less than 12 ft in height and not less than 10ft in width </li></ul>
  19. 19. <ul><li>Banners placed at entrance will be symmetrically aligned </li></ul><ul><li>It will be well lighted using parking lights </li></ul>
  20. 20. Sound System <ul><li>The Event is in open therefore, </li></ul><ul><li>4 spares, 4 bases and 4 tops for a gathering in will be required </li></ul>

Financials… <ul><li>Venue cost – Rs 2,00,000 </li></ul><ul><li>Food & Beverage – 3500*325= 11,37,500 </li></ul><ul><li>Liquor – 3500*225= 4,37,500 </li></ul><ul><li>Beers Mixers- 4,37,500*60% = 2,62,500 </li></ul><ul><li>Venue Décor Flowers n Balloons = 1,25,000 </li></ul><ul><li>DJ / Light / Sound = 1,60,000 </li></ul>
  22. 22. Financials… <ul><li>Stage Fabrication including hanger = 18,00,000 </li></ul><ul><li>Camera man & photographer –55,000 (Only digital Prints) </li></ul><ul><li>Traveling expenses by cars – 12,00,000 approx. </li></ul><ul><li>(3500*350) </li></ul>

  25. 25. <ul><li>DJ Monty = 20,000 </li></ul><ul><li>Gul Panag for two hours= 1,25,000 </li></ul><ul><li>Total Cost = 72,27,000 (exclusive taxes) </li></ul><ul><li>Extra Manpower… </li></ul><ul><li>8 people for 3 days @ Rs. 600= 14,400 </li></ul><ul><li>12 people on the day of event- 12*800=9600 </li></ul>
