Responsible for ensuring process engineering design, standards, material of
construction & Raw material specifications, operations and maintenance
procedures at the Detergent Making Tower (Syndet) are carried out in
accordance with engineering principles and practices to promote a safe
operating environment and process optimization. Conducted process simulations
utilizing differing conditions to investigate system steady state and dynamic
response in order to develop proactive troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
mitigating production disruption is minimized and that safe operating conditions
are maintained.
Integrated Work System Dept Coordinator (FI) - 2005
Supervised and performed the initial Detergent process equipment shake down in
Cairo in line with learning to implement 5s standards and IWS(LEAN Model) roll
out. Led the team of Technicians in the supervision and installation of tower
equipment, review of tower, process Parameter setting, maintenance support,
setup operations and execution of identified IWS defects on the combustion
systems and the adoption of this equipment as the lead AM model for the site
Shift Engineering Leader - 2004
Supervised and performed the initial Eurosicma Flow pack machine shake down in
Italy. Participated in the development of Training Program as well as building an
operational team to man the newly commissioned Packaging machine (TT&T
Program). Experienced and Familiar with Sizing, troubleshooting and
maintenance repairs on assigned Production equipment and facilities such as
compressors, steam generators(Boilers), Hot Air Generators vacuum system
Extractor ducts, chiller units, industrial dehumidifier, Filters, Combustion units,
Fan Filters, Cyclone, Tower-Vacuum system, Air lift Duct, Gravity Separators,
High Pressure systems ,Slurry spray technology.
