semi continuous and continuous grade transitions in Mitsui slurry process
leading breakthrough reduced Off spec production.
2. NIRO fluid bed powder dryer blockage (Leading to plant shut down)
investigation and recommendation in ACP slurry process. Since then no shut
down for NIRO dryer.
3. Optimized the raw material consumption to the industrial bench marking level
by sorting out the issues in the recovery system of HDPE plant.
4. Rectified Environmental stress cracking property is quality issue of PIPE
grade.
5. Initiated and handled brownfield project of HDPE plant and debottlenecked to
the capacity 120% with minimum investment.
6. Developed various grade change procedures for minimum off spec generation
and at elevated plant throughput.
7. Facilitated complex wide HAZOP activity for 6 plants.

NMP is the solvent. Now the Unit is taken over by Solvay India.
Job Role 1996 -1999:
Ξ Lead the cross functional team in Pilot plant, pre commissioning & commissioning
of the commercial plant along with Davy power gas Engineering company.
Ξ Plant quality, stabilization, de-bottlenecking, and capacity enhancing of the plant.

shooting, modification at plant after detail study at pilot plant.
