KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIS
Facility Management for manufacturing cleanroom factory, data center, office, warehouse, sport and
recreation center, health service, canteen and site infrastructure. The scope include Site Operations, Site
Services, Environmental, Safety and Health, Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Bulk gases, Fire and Life
safety, Building control system, Domestic, Industry and Purify water, Waste water treatment, Project
Management, Cafeteria, Security and Transportation and office space planning
 Provide operational leadership to ensure operational excellence is continually achieved for company own
asset and lease building and build and maintain good relationship with customers and key stakeholders.
 Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient, competency and capabilities of the
function team (team building)
 Startup Intel Chengdu semiconductor cleanroom factory, warehouse and office new green field building
facility include building custodian services, safety & environmental, security, facility daily operation and
engineering, and contract management to outsources facility service providers.
 Develop an effective regional outsourcing strategy and manage and negotiations while driving progress
in governance and compliance
 Execute the procurement aspects of assigned outsourced service and maintenance contracts and ensure
that they are dealt with effectively and within reasonable timeframe and in accordance with
management’s decision
 Lead and manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance (in-house and 3rd party) of various
assigned facilities in Kulim, Penang and Chengdu, identifying, feasibility study and implement new
energy and sustainability projects to ensure the cost effective and efficient operation.
 Manage and responsible for infrastructure and building space layout/re-layout, capacity and capability to
meet new to support growth and changing business requirements.
 Maintain records and reports necessary to comply with Company government and accrediting agency
standards regulations and codes
 Responsible to Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Emergency Operation Center (EOC) and
develop a comprehensive Crisis Management protocol, conforming to legal and statutory requirements.
 Responsible for coordinating and managing risk audits by Insurance underwriters and brokers for
property protection with emphasis on reduced premiums and increased coverage.
 Champion energy and environmental efforts (LEED and ISO 50001) and complies with all company
policies and procedures and adheres to company standards of business ethics and conduct.
 Share regional insights and establish best practices to develop global strategies through set up AT
Virtual factory join engineering/share learning team (MJET, FLSS JET, BMS JET, SI PMF, TIDMF,
and TCF) to accomplish Intel goals and drive for standardization and Copy Exactly!
Project/Program Management for manufacturing cleanroom factory, data center, office, warehouse, sport
and recreation center, health service center, canteen and site infrastructure. The system involve include Site
Operations, Site Services, Environmental, Safety and Health, Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Bulk gases,
Fire and Life safety, Building control system, Domestic, Industry and Purify Water, Waste water treatment,
Project Management, Cafeteria, Security and Transportation.
 Provide leadership and oversight projects for company own asset and lease building in Asia Pacific
region, in collaboration with Facility Operation and Maintenance, manufacturing, Finance, Procurement
and Real Estate.
 Helping to expedite key activities across function, find solutions to key problems, and communicate
project progress, issues and solutions to management and to the project team
 Responsible to develop a standard project methodology and effective management of project scope,
timelines, costs and quality of deliverables during the projects life cycle through to project completion.
 Drive innovation to reduce cost and schedule by ensuring Project Delivery Process, Flawless Project
Execution, best practices, benchmarking and industry learning are applied to all capital projects.
 Liaising with stakeholders for operational readiness and keeping the stakeholders informed of progress
and challenges and provide technical support to the operational team to resolve problems, ensure
facilities are energy efficient and safe.
 Capable to support multiple projects in various location, depending on the size and complexity. It
included corporate office fit-out projects, offices setup and re-layout, labs, factory cleanroom, data center,
warehouse, recreation center, health center, canteen/kitchen, and site infrastructure.
 Facilitating the large project activity and technical meetings, including project tracking, design review
with project members and coordinate activities required to successfully delivering the program.
 To effectively manage suppliers to ensure the highest quality is delivered and the best price negotiated. It
included pre-tender, tender and post-tender management: preparation of tender documents; negotiations
with suppliers; tender analysis and award justification; execution of contract documents;
supplier performance management
 Transfer ideas and successes across boundaries through setup site engineering and Tool Install/Qual
team for Intel included MDP, LSP design process, Infrastructure capacity management, CE! Guideline
for Tool Installation and facility retrofitting.
