4. As a team, MTS Telecom Services Senior Management team have got more than 25 years
of working experience in various fields like Telecom Equipment Manufacturing, Quality
Control, Project Engineering, 2G/3G/4G Network Planning & Optimization, Telecom Project
Implementation, Real time Operation Management and Managed services, Worked for some
of the leading National and Multinational companies like Command (Now Vodafone),
Reliance Telecom, MTN, Areeba, TiGO, MTI, Ericsson, NSN, Huawei, Globacom, Roshan.
MTS Telecom Services has set up their UAE Operational HQ at “Barsha Business
Square” at AL Barsha – Dubai and continuously increasing their work force strength.
MTS Telecom Services currently providing all kind of Telecommunication Implementation
(TI), IBS Equipment Installation, Commissioning, Acceptance Testing, Radio & Transmission
Equipment Installation, Project Consultancy, Network Quality Inspection & Audit, Radio &
Transmission Network Planning & Optimization, Network Maintenance (Preventive & Real
time fault maintenance), Network Rollout, Call Center, IT Infrastructure Project &
Maintenance etc).
MTS Telecom Services has got the strength & capacity to deliver 10K–15K IBS DAS/TI
implementation project annually, even more to meet the market demand.
MTS Telecom Services currently in the process of getting a direct Service Supplier nod from
Huawei Technologies & Ericsson to roll out IBS DAS/TI/4G implementation project, Outdoor
BTS and Microwave Transmission project for UAE’s leading Telcos and in MEA region.

MTS Telecom Services have completed three (3) years work residency /experience in United
Arab Emirates and working closely with NOKIA for IBS projects for dU and started with Etisalat.
MTS Telecom Services have installed nearly one hundred (100) sites belonging to Du operator,
all works have been done under Hayat company. These sites include 2G/3G installations, MW
Links and BTS Installations /integrations for Huawei.
MTS Telecom services have also done more than fifty (50) sites in IBS (DAS/TI) through FCCI,
Khatim, Waseela and with Nokia and Huawei (through Service Partner).
MTS Telecom Services have also done FTTH project belonging to Etisalat in Abu Dhabi under
Hayat Company.

7. OUR ACTIVITIES – PRESENT
MTS Telecom Services is rolling out IBS / DAS / TI project for Etisalat under NOKIA contract.
MTS Telecom Services is rolling out IBS / DAS / TI project for dU under NOKIA contract.
MTS Telecom Services is rolling out IBS / DAS / CW project for dU under WASEELA contract.
MTS Telecom Services is in the process of building / hiring 4G LTE Service delivery team.
MTS Telecom Services is in the process of building / hiring skilled Engineer for site Hunting.
MTS Telecom Services is in the process of building / hiring for IBS Service delivery teams (10).
MTS Telecom Services is in the process of forming a separate Service delivery wing.
MTS Telecom Services is in the process of pursuing partner registration with Huawei & Ericsson.

8. OUR PLAN – NEAR TERM (Q1-2017)
MTS Telecom Services is aiming to complete the formation of separate Service delivery wing.
MTS Telecom Services is aiming to complete the hiring process of Service delivery team (6).
MTS Telecom Services is aiming to complete hunting of 60 High rise Tower in every month.
MTS Telecom Services is aiming to get acquisition and design approval of 20% out of 60 sites.
MTS Telecom Services is aiming to capitalize NOKIA training for 4G LTE FTK project.
MTS Telecom Services is aiming to deploy and setup team Abu Dhabi & AL AIN region.
MTS Telecom Services is aiming to actively participate in Telecom Managed Service.
MTS Telecom Services is aiming to complete the partner registration process with Huawei.

Average 15-20 IBS Antenna required in each floor of any large building / high rise Tower.
Around 5K-6K no. of floors required to deploy 75K – 100K IBS antenna.
Around 300-400 Buildings required to deploy 75K – 100K IBS antenna in a year.

PRADIP KUMAR MAJUMDER
An Indian National, brings with him more than 25 years of Experience in the Telecom
Industry from some of the most challenging markets in the world. He has held senior
positions in India, Africa & Middle-East, where he as been credited as the driving force behind
the success of several regional Telecom Operators.
In India, he led the GSM network infrastructure development from the scratch for Usha Martin
Telekom (currently known as Vodafone) in a record time of 6 months for M2M call.
Also he was involved in GSM network build and operations for Reliance Telecom Core group
and made a significant contribution for 2G launch in 7 circles/13 states in India.
In Africa, he led the network coverage, capacity and business expansion of a regional
operator MTN in Ghana, Benin & Liberia. He brought many changes, innovation in the
network architecture, customer satisfaction & outstanding contribution to the nation’s
economy .
More recently, he played a pivot role in world’s most security prone country Afghanistan. He
transformed the entire Transmission network into a new regional capacity hub for
International Military troops in Afghanistan by building a National long distance backbone in
difficult terrain.
Among his key priorities would be to develop a customer-focused organization that can
deliver an innovative portfolio of services backed by a consistently high level of customer
service in order to build a strong, unique and reliable MTS TELECOM brand.
