3. Rollout Management
Project management is becoming more and more complex. Time
scales are getting shorter and budgets will be smaller. Therefore it is
essential to have the right support solution to manage your network
rollout. Roll-out management is a full service project management
offering. It is a stand-alone service which can be delivered
independent of whoever provides the TI service. It encompasses all
services necessary to manage and support the installation,
commissioning, integration and testing and acceptance of the
network element components comprising a mobile
telecommunications network. This service is limited to management
and administration functions and does not include the TI resources
necessary to satisfy implementation objectives.
ROM Services is a wide ranging management/consultancy service
offering to Customers. It encompasses all necessary services, under
the guidelines of Nasyonel Project Management Procedures and
world famous PMI, PMBOK®, to manage a Turnkey Telecom Project
on behalf of our Customer until Operator's Final Acceptance. It also
includes all services to support installation, commissioning,
integration and acceptance of the elements bodying a mobile
telecommunications network. Nasyonel defines ROM Services as its
one of the "Core Businesses".

5. Communication Tower
 Nasyonel realize tower erection and maintenance for wireless and
broadcast communications. Our crews have extensive experience
erecting guyed tower, self support and monopole structures in all
countires. We are a widely recognized name involved in erection &
commissioning of GSM communication towers and Energy
Transmission Lines Empowered with state-of-the-art infrastructure
facility and designing softwares. Prior to install these towers, we
also pay meticulous attention towards the installation procedures
including soil testing to ensure their firm establishment. With this
tremendous demand for tower service providers, Nasyonel
Infrastructure realized and seized the opportunity to expand and
diversify its service line and provide its already existing and new
clients with a full turnkey service with the addition of field crews,
consisting of technical installers.

TI Services are the other "Core Business" of Nasyonel provideds to
Customers. In the regions we operate, Nasyonel is dedicated to keep
a pool of highly competent engineers/technicians with proven
records of project completion experience. TI Services are divided into
two sub-groups, namely, NSS (Switching-Core) and RAN (Radio
Access Networks) under which both 2G and 3G projects are served.
Site Acquisition
Site Acquisition and Permitting Services are dependent to various
local factors, such as real estate market, land and property owners,
local building and environmental regulations in a country. Nasyonel
has the experience and knowledge of how to deliver the best
possible service in terms of speed, capacity, site portfolio and
financial considerations.
