Elizabeth Duarte 92 Bosse Avenue Manchester, NH 03103 Phone 603.320.0611 eduarte@pcconnection.com   Objective:   To  attain  a  position  that  will  be  a  challenging  and  rewarding  role.  One  that  will  help  foster  and  further  my   professional  and  personal  growth  here  at  PC  Connection.       PC  Connection  –  Merrimack  NH   Small  Business  Team  Account  Manager  and  Team  Lead   October  1996  -­‐Present:     I  started  my  career  19  years  ago  in  Inbound  Sales.  Using  the  skills  set  that  I  have  acquired  through   company  provided  trainings,  years  of  hands-­‐on  experience,  and  college  courses;  I  have  attained  my   current  position.       As  an  Inbound  Sales  Representative,  I  handled  inbound  inquiries  and  placed  orders  for  customers.  I   assisted  in  product  recommendations  and  utilized  upselling  and  extended  warranties  in  order  to  increase   my  sales  and  exceed  the  goals  set  for  me  by  our  management  team.     Moving  on  from  inbound  sales,  I  worked  in  Customer  Service,  Corporate  Sales  and  Live  Chat  as  well  as   assisting  in  other  areas  as  needed.  I  worked  on  Beta  tests  and  special  projects  with  management  and   executive  management,  that  utilized  my  many  years  of  experience  and  valued  assessment  skills.  Using  my   long  history  and  work  experience,  I  can  easily  identify  issues  and  escalate  them  to  management.       In  my  current  position,  I  service  over  800  Small  Business  Accounts  while  also  maintaining  the   responsibility  of  Team  Lead.  In  that  role,  I  assist  our  new  hires  with  all  aspects  of  their  position  (quoting,   JDE  procedures,  building  vendor  relationships,  and  much  more).  As  a  Team  Lead  I  also  approve  quotes   and  escalate  cases  for  our  new  hires.       Recent  PC  Connection  Highlights:     •   Assumed  the  responsibility  of  the  Team  Lead  role.   •   Assisted  in  training  our  SMB  new  hires  on  gift  card  procedures.     •   Participated  in  the  company’s  HR  recruitment  video.   •   Attend  and  give  input  at  the  monthly  management  meeting.   •   Providing  new  hires  with  the  necessary  skills  to  progress  to  Corporate  Sales.   •   Involved  in  the  interview  processes  as  Team  Lead.   •   Utilize  resources  for  back-­‐end  order  maintenance  to  solve  issues  and  expedite  order   processing  and  cases.   •   Troubleshooting  unusual  processes  through  vendor  engagement.   •   Understanding  PCC  best  practices  throughout  the  channel
