Employment History
HSE Trainer; SHEQ/HSE In-Charge = 9 years, worked in Saudi Arabia.
I have been working as HSE Trainer in Daelim Company at Shoaiba ll SEC CCPP project in Jeddah KSA. I
was designated also to works in all HSE documentations such as; Method Statements, Risk Assessment
review, responsible in writing official letters, making procedures, submitting HSE reports such as, Daily,
Weekly, Monthly report and assist for hazardous chemical handling activities.
Being the SHEQ in charge in product handling department at Saudikayan plant (SABIC Affiliate), it is my
responsibility to provide training, make Safe Working Instruction, Procedures and all SHEQ required
documentation submitted to clients such as; Incident reporting, Near Miss report to AMMAN system,
SHEQ reports in daily, weekly and monthly reports.
My previous company (AYTB) was assigned me as SHEQ in-charge in National Chevron Philips projects in
Jubail, KSA. Numerous turn around activities in almost all petrochemical plants in Jubail City where I was
assigned as HSE supervisor without LTI occurred till completion of turn around or plant shutdown
activities.
Prior my work abroad I was employed as trainer of technical electricity (Automotive) in the Philippine
government institution (NMYC) for one fruitful year.
Objective:
To be a part in implementing company‘s policy in achieving objectives in all company’s business
aspects. As HSE Trainer, ensure continuous improvement and developments of employee’s skill,
enhancing company’s ability to adopt advances in technology.
Duties & Responsibilities:
 As HSE Trainer –it is my responsibility to plan based on the assessment conducted and
the requirement at work. Facilitate and conduct training as per syllabus, handouts and
the best available training technique with highest quality and highest quality of training
materials available. Refresher training and evaluation will be conducted to ensure the
trainee is updated from the technology advances.
 As SHEQ/HSE In charge- my duties and responsibility is to comply with the company
policy to be observed and it should be in operation within the project. I create
SHEQ/HSE plan base with the company objectives. The creation of SHEQ Committee is

to be accomplished; ensuring the HSE system and the process is up to the highest level,
fulfilling Safety, health, environment, quality and security.
Work Accomplishment:
From current to previous work experiences/ accomplishments:
 Completed the plant construction, commissioning, performance test, RTR (Reliability Run
Test) up to the preliminary turnover to owner without any major accident and incident
occurred.
 Satisfactory accomplished my task as HSE Trainer, manage the HSE Department and
preserved all documentation such as official letters, procedures, HSE monthly reports,
HSE weekly reports and HSE daily reports. Make HSE Activity Plan and all HSE related
office works activity.
 Job will done as the chairman during HSE Committee & HSE weekly meeting with sub-
contractors HSE managers and management representatives.
 Accomplished audit results satisfactory (5 STAR audits) from SEC with a final rating of 4
STAR (82%) for consecutives audits.
 Being the SHEQ in-charge at Saudikayan product handling department, monthly HSE KPI
was satisfactory achieved by PH department (Saudikayan Plants).
 SHEQ Committee has been created and establish within the project during my tenure.
Required Safe Working Procedure, emergency response necessary in the project was
completed.
 Managed the SHEQ department (AYTB) in Jubail Chevron Philips project (working inside
the process plant) without LTI. (NCP Brownfield 8014 Pipe rack Project, S-Chem. Project
8022, Tie –ends) & Hot tapping activity.
 Trained (RSO) in Chevron Philips for radiography test exclusively for the project and
authorized to sign RT work permit system.
