Emmanuel is a Master degree in project management at the Open University of Tanzania and holder of
bachelor degree in Statistics (BA Statistics) from the University of Dodoma with vast and good experience
and using Statistical Packages for data analysis (SPSS, Epi data and Epi Info) with 3 years’ experience and
sufficient working knowledge and skills with Donor funded at International NGO on projects and
Research, Monitoring and Evaluation, and experience in conducting research studies both (Quantitative
and qualitative), data management, data analysis and good report writing.
He is responsible in program/projects activities in terms of Protocol development, data collection,
processing and data management, report writing, research, monitoring and evaluation, study tool
design/questionnaires development, Budgeting, conducting data quality assessment, training of research
assistants (data collectors), facilitation, developing training materials, event/workshop coordination,
coordination of fieldwork, data transcription, translation, data entry, data cleaning and data analysis,
proposal and report writing, budgeting and prepare and presentation of the findings using MS power point.
