Successfully searched, assessed, engaged and managed Multinational Dairy Genetics Company
currently working with the Government of Tanzania to sustainably operate Livestock Genetics
Improvement using Artificial Insemination in Tanzania.
Set up 300 Artificial Inseminations Private Businesses in 15 regions of Tanzania covering more
than 50% of the country’s total land area.
Successful and precise office and operations set up for CSDI and USADF operations in the
Southern Highlands of Tanzania covering the regions of Morogoro, Iringa, Mbeya, Njombe,
Ruvuma, Rukwa and Katavi.
Established and managed an Smallholder Farmers Agricultural Portfolio of investments that
grew from 8 million USD to 10 Million USD in less than 3 years. They are still calling for various
technical support almost 10 years later.
I was able to turn some almost dead farming projects in the Tea, Coffee and Rice sub sectors to
some projects with most social and economic impact of all USADF funded projects in Tanzania
by 2009.
After joining SCF-DANIDA, the team was able to double the services the project offered to the
Food SMEs in Tanzania. The work we did in 18 months was equivalent to the work done in three
and half years in terms of grants commitment and overall SMEs growth.
