Summary of Experience
Cyprian has his first degree in Economics and Political Science and Master’s Degree in Social Policy
Studies all from University of Ghana coupled with enormous experience as a quantitative and
qualitative researcher and policy analyst.
Cyprian has over 15 years quantitative and qualitative research experience with many national and
international organizations.
Cyprian has worked for TNS-RMS Ghana for over 4 years working as the statistician, sampling and
methodology expert. His main area of expertise is sampling, methodology, quantitative and qualitative
research.
He has conducted extensive research in the field of National Population Census Data Collection,
household income, small medium enterprise development projects, agriculture households’ census,
education, sanitation and poverty in Ghana. His association with research institutions such as Ghana
Statistical Service (GSS) that he worked for over 12 years as a Senior Statistician as a District Officer,
Statistics Korea-KOICA, Centre for the Study of African Economies-Oxford University, University of
Cambridge, University of Edinburgh, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) as
Consultant for Assessing Potential Public Health Benefits from Clean Team Toilets in
