A long awaited explanatory winter update.

1. Silk Network Christmas Update 2016
Intro
We would like to thank all of those that have contributed their time and efforts through the
means of the test group on Skype. Silk Network, soon to be Duality Blockchain Solutions, has
always been carried by willing participants and we hope that this will continue into the far
future.
DarkSilk was supposed to be released a short time after November the 5th. Due to
difficulties with dDNS, GetTime() and the MultiSig UI, the development team had to extend
development time. During this development time, the team is keeping the DarkSilk
codebase inline with Dash’s 0.12.1.x branch and any fixes that they may employ.
Participating In The Project
Because of the delay with the development of DarkSilk, we experienced a blowback, which
was understandable and manageable. The decision was also made to close the BCT thread,
and transition to a more professional method of communication via Skype, Slack, Telegram.
Questions and concerns are directly answered via these channels.
Within the core audience there are forward thinking individuals that bring a plethora of
skills to the table and add an additional layer to the dynamic. Those who also believe they
possess ideas, skills of just a simple interest in the project should come and join us on our

Tying Up Loose Ends
The old Silkcoin(SILK) chain has been deprecated, yet there are still users who have not
taken part in the swap.To those who feel they have missed the opportunity to swap their
old Silkcoin to the new Silk(SLK), we are happy to announce that after the Christmans and
New Year holidays we will announce a second swap period for legacy Silkcoin to Silk with a
duration of 30 days*. Until this time we want to call upon those that have not been in
contact with us and are still holding old Silkcoin(SILK) to mail us at ​contact@silknetwork.org​.
Silk(SLK) which is traded on Bittrex has had an automated message for removal on the
market page, this is simply automated and not put there directly by Bittrex admins. We have
a very good working relationship with Bittrex and after a quick message to Bill and Richie,
the message was removed. Both Silk(SLK) & DarkSilk(DSLK) will have a market as these have
been pre-arranged between Silk Network and Bittrex prior to both their launches. These
markets on Bittrex will automatically switchover when they are ultimately rebranded as
Dynamic(Dyn) & Sequence(Seq).
