India, approached Institute of Rural
Management, Anand (IRMA) for a project report
for a new institution for the plantation sector. I
was assigned the task for preparation of this
report. Report was accepted by the Ministry and
thus Indian Institute of Plantation Management
was established in 1993 at Bangalore. It was
sponsored by Tea Board, Coffee Board, Rubber
Board and Spice Board

• WISDOM was established at Banasthali
Vidyapith in 1996 on the basis of a Workshop
and interactive discussions at Banasthali
University in March 1996 and a project report
was prepared. I was involved in the Workshop
discussions and preparation of the project
report.
