campus drives and collaborations with MNCs, in a sustained manner.
• Funds for sustenance shall be sought from Janbhagidari, Department of
Women & Child Development, Department of Social Justice, Govt. of
MP, CIPET (Centre for Industrial & Plastic Engineering Technology),
MPCST & EPCO (Environment Planning & Co-ordination Organization).

Measures to ensure sustainability
• Sustainability in term of electrification, sanitation, plumbing and repair
work shall be ensured through A R of Public Works Department.
• The resources, if required, for maintenance and augmentation, as per
the upcoming needs for infrastructure, shall be met from UGC,
Janbhagidari or other such sources.
• The research equipments, computers, photocopiers, software and
peripherals would be maintained and up-graded through annual
maintenance contract with the manufacturer, dealer or supplier.

examinations, Research Lab facilities, consultancy and library services.
Sarojini Naidu Government Girls Post Graduate Autonomous College, Shivaji Nagar Bhopal
ProfHKGarg*CoordinatorIDP
Institutional Development Planidp
Measures to ensure sustainability
• A nominal fee may also be proposed from outside research scholar to
extend research facilities at the college and the revenue, so generated,
may be utilized for subscription, maintenance and enhancement of
research facilities.
• The college is equipped with sufficient infrastructure for seminars,
workshops, training programs, FDP and skill enhancement programs. It
has a good networking with experts in various fields to share their
expertise and to have fruitful interaction with faculty and students.
• These deliberations and academic programs would enrich the existing
pool of knowledge among the faculty & the students and would serve as
human resource in future.
Sarojini Naidu Government Girls Post Graduate Autonomous College, Shivaji Nagar Bhopal
ProfHKGarg*CoordinatorIDP
Institutional Development Planidp
Bridging the Resource Gap
• The infrastructure shall be developed first, so that building requirements
are met with increasing strength of students.
• Efforts shall be made to execute the plan as per time-line. Though there
appears no chance of remaining any resource gap in funding from
World Bank, yet if it exists, funding would be sought from agencies like
UGC, Janbhagidari and State Govt. etc.
• Same strategy would be implemented for enhancing qualitative and
quantitative improvement in research activities, procurement of
equipments and development of hard and soft skills.
