GREETING IN THE NAME OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST; who lives and
reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, forever and ever. A blessedness it is to correspond
with you at this time concerning prior business. As mentioned in previous communications, my
recollection of minute details of our last contact may be left from my memory; however, if I am
able to recall only the general nature of our business concerns, God will permit you to guide me
to current status and information, with regard. as follows, the important requisition concerns the
divestment of particular property belonging to the Catholic Diocese of El Paso, specifically the
Parish of St. Ignatius, located as prime REAL PROPERTY at
___________________________________________; City of El Paso, County of El Paso; to the
ownership of ANNUNCIATION HOLY CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC CHURCH I have
surveyed the area of location, as well as the property itself and find it fit for the needs of
Annunciation Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church. WHEREAS, the St. Ignatius Parish is few in
membership, which has resulted in deterioration of the building structure and vitality of the
parish itself: Annunciation Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church seeks to rehabilitate the real
property for the purposes of use and disposal at will, and accordingly without interfering in “re-
parishing” standing members of St. Ignatius Parish within the Catholic Diocese of El Paso.
By divesting the complete real property of St. Ignatius Parish as a 501 (c) 3 Tax Deductible TAX
EXEMPT Donation, your gift will realize a tax credit at FAIR MARKET VALUE set at best
standard appraisal for exchange, and contribute to a church organization, which practices,
rehearses, and upholds in sanctity, the traditional values of Catholicism and ministers by charge
of Christ Jesus to His disciples. We look forward to communicating more with you in this effort.
