TITHE COMMENTARY
We, the Pastor, Officers, and Membership, of the Annunciation Holy Catholic and Apostolic
Church, make the following information available for the awareness of all other entities; public
and private, industrial and governmental; federal, state, and local; and military and civilian.
With our tithes, we gladly of a COMMON CHEER, bring bounty to the storehouse, as GOD
HAS ADMONISHED us to so do in MALACHI 3:10; "Bring ye all the tithes into the
storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD
OF HOSTS, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there
shall not be room enough to receive it." IN GOD WE TRUST, thus: we provide of our
comprised tithe, in one of the following methodologies, subsequent to reaching particular
collections goals criteria:
A. to transfer all funds maintained in the tithe savings account, less the minimum balance
required to maintain a good standing bank account justified by lesser payments ratios of other
types of balances, to the Federal Governmental entity that provides food benefits funding to all
50 states Offices of Family Support agencies, which provide Electronic Benefits (food stamps).
Said monies to be transferred quarterly of annum (every three months) in large sums.
Or
B. to transfer in equitable amounts, all funds maintained in the tithe savings account, less the
minimum balance required to maintain a good standing bank account justified by lesser
payments ratios of other types of balances; to the Offices of Family Support agencies of each of
the 50 United States of America, which provide Electronic Benefits (food stamps). Said monies
to be transferred quarterly of annum (every three months) in 50 equitable portions of large sums.
Further, we come together to worship God, make census, and pay homage as due, for we are
WORTHY CHRISTIANS. We do not gather to be begged of, solicited for criminal acts, neither
harassed; therefore, we are firm to deny visitations, memberships, and any other type of
association or affiliation to beggars, prostitutes, stalkers, harassers, terrorists, and other types of
criminal profiles.
Of our freewill offerings, we have the options to provide for our pastor, in supplement of salary
and wages, money and resources in values according to our own budgetary discretion, balanced
by the appraisal of our Pastor, CARDINAL DR. ELIZABETH SAMANTHA ROTHSCHILD;
