1. ANNUNCIATION HOLY CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC CHURCH

UNITED STATES INTERFAITH CONFRATERNITY
With regard to the United States Interfaith Confraternity, the Annunciation Holy Catholic
and Apostolic Church Rectory serves as the Catholic and Apostolic Parish office.
Cardinal Dr. Elizabeth S. Rothschild is the appointed supervisor of the Catholic and
Apostolic Parish, located in the El Paso, Texas District.
Duties of the Catholic and Apostolic Parish: Create conference activity in the parish.
Facilitate seminars and host meetings. Perform ordinations of higher clergy. Unify
traditional celebrations. Provide resources to member churches by requisition regarding
administration and media. Collects churches membership fees with further proxy to the
Interfaith Archdiocese of El Paso. Makes ambassadorship as denominational presence
with vote to the Interfaith Archdiocese of El Paso.
Duties of the Texas Interfaith Confraternity: [CARDINAL DR. ELIZABETH
ROTHSCHILD IS THE PRESIDING CHAIRMAN OF THE CONFERENCE OF
INTERFAITH SUPERVISORS OF TEXAS] Opens sessions for members of the Texas
Interfaith Confraternity by call of ambassadors representing the many Interfaith
Archdioceses of the State of Texas by districts. Hosts large keynote events and
convocations for open voting regarding issues of Christianity and legislature in
affectuoso. Facilitates major common celebratories. Produces best of churches and
ministries auxiliaries. Conducts investigations into reportedly corrupt and fraudulent
Christian entities. Creates Christian legislature for membership votes during Texas
Interfaith Confraternity Conventions. Instructs and oversees committees.
The Catholic and Apostolic Parish is located as the EL PASO DISTRICT and is the only
USIC Parish, which is Catholic, as well as Apostolic: rather, all other like parishes are
strictly uni denominational. The Catholic and Apostolic Parish is founded upon Nicene
belief in one, holy, catholic, and apostolic church, as this parish carries registration of
such: the Annunciation Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church. Appointed as the first
overseer of the parish as supervisor is the first female ordained by the Roman Catholic
Church as a Cardinal, Dr. Elizabeth Samantha Rothschild. The church rectory of
Annunciation Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church serves as the initial office of the
Catholic and Apostolic Parish, with progressive plans to grow into independence of office
and operations. Primary agenda involves locating all Apostolic churches of the four
hundred plus churches in El Paso, TX and inviting eligible churches and ministries into
membership of the United States Interfaith Confraternity through registration with the
Catholic and Apostolic Parish as the starting line. Upon registration, member churches of
the parish will begin to receive invitationals and further information, as developments
permit. To start, a series of meetings will determine by member vote, further ordinations
and appointments for the parish. It is expected that all functions will be prepared for
USIC order within 1 – 3 years.

Goals: to integrated the common traditions of the Catholic and Apostolic faiths; to
differentiate the customary celebratories, withal; to synchronize similitude of traditional
barriers; to combine fundraising efforts toward confraternal gratitude.
Office of the Superintendent/Supervisor: Duties and Descriptions of the Supervisor:
Provides administrative support to parishioner entities; supports diverse network
connectivity; oversees parish activities of common centralized union; designs
celebratories for future tradition; liaison between Catholicism and Apostolic faiths;
performs ordinations; makes offices appointments. Criteria: at least one PhD in a field of
useful to missions, objectives, and goals: familiarity with religious studies and types of
tasks entailed in position.
Parishioner Entities: must be registered as members through parish home office (rectory
of Annunciation Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church). Pastors of parishioner entities are
accountable for his or her own church district. Parishioner entities, which do not have
501 (c) 3 Tax Deductible TAX EXEMPT Donation Eligibility Status may apply for "CAP
TAX EXEMPT Grant Funding" through the Catholic and Apostolic Parish (CAP) or for
"AHCA Fellowships" through the Annunciation Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church
(AHCA Church). Grants and Fellowships are awarded on a case by case basis, subject to
particular awards criteria, and free from duties, recourse, and any other types of fees. The

Catholic and Apostolic Parish Office Policies
1. The Catholic and Apostolic Parish maintains as an independent entity, whereby the
views and policies enforced are different or may vary from other similar or shared
offices; albeit, follows proper protocol and organizational hierarchy as defined by the
United States Interfaith Confraternity.
2. The Catholic and Apostolic Parish bears the insignia of the Seal of the Apostle, and is
the only Catholic and Apostolic parish, whereby: all other similar parishes are solely
Apostolic.
3. 3. The Catholic and Apostolic Parish does not interfere with or otherwise impose on the
authorities or territories of the Roman Catholic Church, yet maintains availability to the
same for any necessities, without CONFLICTS OF INTERESTS.
4. The Catholic and Apostolic Parish appoints in duty, one person as either
Superintendent or Supervisor (titles contingent on gender of leaser, as male or female,
respectively), as representation to the hierarchy of the United States Interfaith
Confraternity infrastructure of righteous order.
5. The Catholic and Apostolic Parish may develop and maintain divisional assets of land,
real property, fiduciary budget supplement, contra asset accounts, and other types of
administrative business investments and holdings.
6. The Catholic and Apostolic Parish communicates regularly within the United States
Interfaith Confraternity, as applicable of order, with regard to proxy and direct command.
7. The Catholic and Apostolic Parish submits timely, precise, accurate information to the
appropriate offices of the United States Interfaith Confraternity, and is subject to
evaluations, inspections, and audits by the same.
8. The Catholic and Apostolic Parish provides current parish roster with regular census
dates of parishioner entities and relevant data, to the United States Interfaith
Confraternity, annually.
9. The Catholic and Apostolic Parish follows the proper hierarchical structure of the
Interfaith Confraternity both direct and proxy, as proper for necessary dissemination of
information as follows:
A. Catholic and Apostolic Parish
B. Interfaith Archdiocese of El Paso
C. Texas Interfaith Confraternity
D. South Region Interfaith Confraternity
E. United States Interfaith Confraternity
10. The Catholic and Apostolic Parish may seek guidance and advisory from the Roman
Catholic Church for suggestive ideals with regard specifically to Catholicism.
11. The Catholic and Apostolic Parish obliges by oath to fulfill all duties with regard to
jurisdiction and territories in consideration of denomination, interfaith connectivity, and
cooperative exchange.
12. The Catholic and Apostolic Parish provides a common calendar with annual events
for the parish, and organizes and facilitates activities and auxiliaries.
The office of the Catholic and Apostolic Parish is located at the rectory office of the
Annunciation Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church.
