Rothschild's Psyche & Soul Health Salon is established as a subsidiary business owned by Annunciation Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church. The business aims to offset the salary of its proprietor, Cardinal Dr. Elizabeth Samantha Rothschild, who is also the pastor of Annunciation Church. Much of the Cardinal's salary goes towards treasury savings bonds and church savings. The business operates within the church to provide an alternative means of income for the Cardinal and lessen the financial burden on the church. Annunciation Church supports the business operations through its tax exempt 501(c)(3) status.

ANNUNCIATION HOLY CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC CHURCH
as follows: doing business as (dba)
ROTHSCHILD'S PSYCHE & SOUL HEALTH SALON,
whereas: this is a business owned by the church for fiduciary benefit to the pastor, who
in cause is the owner of the church business and herein, proprietor: and is name fully,
CARDINAL DR. ELIZABETH SAMANTHA ROTHSCHILD;
whereby: Annunciation Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church is the primary employer,
with regard; and provides priority care and salary to the employee, Cardinal Dr.
Elizabeth Samantha Rothschild: furthermore, seeks to offset by alternative compensatory
opportunity, the rightful salary attributes of the pastor;
whereby: the salary assignment of the pastor, Cardinal Dr. Elizabeth S. Rothschild, is of
a great appraisal denomination;
whereby: a major portion of the pastor's total salary is allocated for purchases of
UNITED STATES TREASURY SAVINGS BONDS and CHURCH TREASURY SAVINGS;
whereby: the pastor, Cardinal Dr. Elizabeth Samantha Rothschild, seeks to rely on
justifiable contributions and alternative earnings to relinquish as much liability from the
church as possible, to lessen the burden of the pastor's salary expense, at least at any
rate.
whereby: the church must provide an accommodating work setting conducive to
conducting relevant business of Rothschild's Psyche & Soul Health Salon, as an alternate
means of livelihood, specifically for Cardinal Dr. Elizabeth Samantha Rothschild, yet;
whereas: Annunciation Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church makes no profit, yet must
support operations, heretofore; for cause of supporting the pastor: ma do so
accordingly; by providing through 501 (c) 3 Tax Deductible Donation TAX EXEMPT
Eligibility Status, reporting all receipts, debits, and draws in contra-assets to the
INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE.
