Education is the process of
facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge
skills, values, morals, beliefs, and habits.

Management is art of getting
things done through people.

Educational management refers to the administration of the
education system in which a group combines human and material resources to supervise, plan,
strategies and implement structures to execute the education system.

Educational management is the theory & practices of the organisation &
administration of existing educational establishments & systems.

Report on School Activity
Planning :
Planning is determining the objectives and formulating the methods to achieve them. It
is more simply said than done. A job well planned is half done. During planning one needs to ask oneself
the following:
 What am I trying to accomplish i.e. what is my objective?
 What resources do I have and do I need to accomplish the same?
 What are the methods and means to achieve the objectives?
 Is this the optimal path?
Organizing :
Organizing involves assigning tasks, grouping tasks into departments, delegating
authority, and allocating resources across the organization. During the organizingprocess, managers
coordinate employees, resources, policies, and procedures to facilitate the goals identified in the plan.

Staffing :
Staffing is an operation of recruiting the employees by evaluating their skills and
knowledge before offering them specific job roles accordingly. The staffing model refers to data that
measures work activities, how many labor hours are needed, and how employee time is spent.
Definition:
 Selecting and training individuals for specific job functions, and charging them with the associated
responsibilities.
 Number of employed personnel in an organization or program. Also called workforce.
Directing :
DIRECTINGis said to be a process in which the managers instruct, guide and oversee
the performance of the workers to achieve predetermined goals. In field of management, direction is said to be
all those activities which are designed to encourage the subordinates to work effectively and efficiently. The
main aim of directing is to:
 Provides positive and dynamic leadership
 Provides maximum opportunities
 Provides proper motivation of personnel
 Ability to command people
Controlling :
Controllingcan be defined as that function of management which helps to seek
planned results from the subordinates, managers and at all levels of an organization. The controlling
function helps in measuring the progress towards the organizational goals & brings any deviations, &
indicates corrective action. It include following

School was launched. St. Xavier's High
School is located in Airoli, Thane. The
children get the most out of their
education as they are taught by a team of
professional and dedicated faculties in this
State Board School. The school provides
education to students from class 1 to 10. 6245 is
approximately the current student strength of this school. This school's library has 3000 books.

Activity 1 : Arranging various Educational and Art Competition
Planning of activities :
• List of activities -
• Objectives - The primarily objective debate is for students for generate
effective critical thinking into primary issues in the given topic.
- The objective of quiz and general knowledge competition to
encourage students to look beyond their textual knowledge
and establish a relation between theory and application.
- The objective of drawing & craft and Dance & singing competition is to
engage children’s in creative way to express art.
• Agenda & Schedule and Mode -
Students whose are willing to participate in these activities are primarily enroll their
name to class representative on or before 24th
June, 2021. One students can maximum participate in three
activities only. After completion of activities winners are getting certificate of appreciation and others will get
certificate of participation. Students are necessary to on camera during whole activity completed. For
drawing and craft all necessary material kept it with you for use.

Organizing of activities :
The Activities was conducted online successfully by St. Xavier’s High School
on the 25th
of June, 2021 and 26th
June 2021. Our respected Principal Mam speech given to students
regarding motto and goals of the activities and thanks all staff, children’s and parents who’s involved in these
activities. Professor Gayatri Rao, was the in-charge of conducting the debate, quiz and general knowledge.
Professor Krishnamurthy Ayer,was the in-charge of conducting the dance, singing, drawing art and craft
activity. As a mentor Gayatri mam and Krishnamurthy sir guided the students to rules, regulations and
achievements from these activity.
The activity was conducted into Two Phases- 1) on 25th
June (debate, quiz and
general knowledge and 2) 26th
June (Dance, singing, craft, drawing). Students had joined meeting and started
activity in groups. Respective teachers arrange them into groups and start the activity. Our teachers
observed the whole activity and recording the winner’s name of each activity. Students participate in the
activity with their qualities and fulfil their duties.

For Debate, Quiz and General Knowledge:
• Only team entries are eligible, and team shall consist of three persons.
• Time limit - 15 minutes. ...
• The competition will be carried in two rounds: a preliminary round and the final round.
• Each team would be asked 4 questions each would be forwarded to the next team.
• For debate, 2 students groups participating – one For and one AGAINST the motion
and one as Interjector. The participating team should be accompanied by a teacher.
• There will be two rounds for debates.

For drawing, art and craft:
• Must be original.
• Depend upon creative idea, limit and colour scheme on topic.
• Overall presentation in front of camera.
• Be responsive, be responsible.
Controlling:
On event date students had actively participated in these activity. Finally, the vote of
thanks was given by our supervisor, who thanked Principal ma’am for being there with us and congratulated all
the winner and participated students for supporting and leading the activity. During the activity no formally
problems were detected and there was several minor issues such as poor connectivity, blur faces and
sometime sound problems but that all issues has solved immediately during the activity. Our both day’s
activities were successfully completed with the help of principal mam, teachers, students and parents.

Planning of Activity:-

• Mode: - In this Pandemic the all assignments will be taken through onlineand after that
offline submission.
• Target: - Students must get more knowledge about the subjects beyond a theoretical
knowledge.
Organizing of Activity: -
As per rules under guidance of Mr. Jose Kurian arrange the meeting of
teachers on 8th June 2021, in this meeting they discussed about the internal assessment and then all
teacher prepared internal assessment for the students. For Subject Account the internal assessment
was given by Account teacher Mrs. Suman Mangaraj on 15th June 2021.
In this activity student have to collect the Cash Memo, Credit Memo,
Tax Invoice, Sales/Purchase Receipts and Various types of cheque of any firm and make in creative
way e.g. chart, file, folder etc. and they have submit on 12th July, 2021.
Internal assessment is one of the main activity in schools and colleges
every year during which students of the school and colleges are studying. Internal assessment marks
system gives the opportunity to subject faculty to know student’s knowledge both in theory and
practical. Based on this information faculty will guide the students properly. The high score of internal
marks will increase overall percentage of marks.

The teacher has given some direction to the student to complete the activity. The directions are as follows:
 Visit any firm in your localities
 Collect the all Financial Documentation
 Analyse the all document and make in creative way
 Creative way e.g. Chart, file, folder etc.
 Submit on given date
Controlling of Activity:-
On submission date few students didn’t submitted their Assignment and they
was requesting for some more time to complete the assignment. So, teacher gives few more days to complete
the assignment for submission. All other students completed their assignment on given time with perfection.

  • 2.  What is Education? Education is the process of facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge skills, values, morals, beliefs, and habits.  What is Management? Management is art of getting things done through people.  What is EducationalManagement? Educational management refers to the administration of the education system in which a group combines human and material resources to supervise, plan, strategies and implement structures to execute the education system.   • 3. Planning : Planning is determining the objectives and formulating the methods to achieve them. It is more simply said than done. A job well planned is half done. During planning one needs to ask oneself the following:  What am I trying to accomplish i.e. what is my objective?  What resources do I have and do I need to accomplish the same?  What are the methods and means to achieve the objectives?  Is this the optimal path? Organizing : Organizing involves assigning tasks, grouping tasks into departments, delegating authority, and allocating resources across the organization. During the organizingprocess, managers coordinate employees, resources, policies, and procedures to facilitate the goals identified in the plan. Following are include in organizing:  Determine what is to be done/ Division of Work:  Assign Tasks: Departmentalization:  Link Departments: Hierarchy Development:  Decide how much Authority to Designate/ Authority, Responsibility and Delegation:  Decide the Levels at which Decisions are to be made / Centralization vs. Decentralization:  Decide how to Achieve Coordination: Staffing : Staffing is an operation of recruiting the employees by evaluating their skills and knowledge before offering them specific job roles accordingly. The staffing model refers to data that measures work activities, how many labor hours are needed, and how employee time is spent. Definition:  Selecting and training individuals for specific job functions, and charging them with the associated responsibilities.  Number of employed personnel in an organization or program. Also called workforce. Directing : DIRECTINGis said to be a process in which the managers instruct, guide and oversee the performance of the workers to achieve predetermined goals. In field of management, direction is said to be all those activities which are designed to encourage the subordinates to work effectively and efficiently. The main aim of directing is to:

Activity 1 : Arranging various Educational and Art Competition Planning of activities : • List of activities - • Objectives - The primarily objective debate is for students for generate effective critical thinking into primary issues in the given topic. - The objective of quiz and general knowledge competition to encourage students to look beyond their textual knowledge and establish a relation between theory and application. - The objective of drawing & craft and Dance & singing competition is to engage children’s in creative way to express art. • Agenda & Schedule and Mode - Students whose are willing to participate in these activities are primarily enroll their name to class representative on or before 24th June, 2021. One students can maximum participate in three activities only. After completion of activities winners are getting certificate of appreciation and others will get certificate of participation. Students are necessary to on camera during whole activity completed. For drawing and craft all necessary material kept it with you for use. 1. Debate 2. Quiz 3. Creative Writing 4.   • 6. Organizing of activities : The Activities was conducted online successfully by St. Xavier’s High School on the 25th of June, 2021 and 26th June 2021. Our respected Principal Mam speech given to students regarding motto and goals of the activities and thanks all staff, children’s and parents who’s involved in these activities. Professor Gayatri Rao, was the in-charge of conducting the debate, quiz and general knowledge. Professor Krishnamurthy Ayer,was the in-charge of conducting the dance, singing, drawing art and craft activity. As a mentor Gayatri mam and Krishnamurthy sir guided the students to rules, regulations and achievements from these activity. The activity was conducted into Two Phases- 1) on 25th June (debate, quiz and general knowledge and 2) 26th June (Dance, singing, craft, drawing). Students had joined meeting and started activity in groups. Respective teachers arrange them into groups and start the activity. Our teachers observed the whole activity and recording the winner’s name of each activity. Students participate in the activity with their qualities and fulfil their duties. Staffing: Directing: Instructions, Rules and regulations to be followed during both day of activities through online mode: For Debate, Quiz and General Knowledge: • Only team entries are eligible, and team shall consist of three persons. • Time limit - 15 minutes. ... • The competition will be carried in two rounds: a preliminary round and the final round. • Each team would be asked 4 questions each would be forwarded to the next team. • For debate, 2 students groups participating – one For and one AGAINST the motion and one as Interjector.   • 7. For drawing, art and craft: • Must be original. • Depend upon creative idea, limit and colour scheme on topic. • Overall presentation in front of camera. • Be responsive, be responsible. Controlling: On event date students had actively participated in these activity. Finally, the vote of thanks was given by our supervisor, who thanked Principal ma’am for being there with us and congratulated all the winner and participated students for supporting and leading the activity. During the activity no formally problems were detected and there was several minor issues such as poor connectivity, blur faces and sometime sound problems but that all issues has solved immediately during the activity. Activity 2 : Educational Activity Planning of Activity:- • Objectives: - Theobjective of Financial Documentation (Cash Memo, Credit Memo, Tax Invoice etc.) to encourage students to look beyond their textual knowledge and establish a relation between theory and application. • Agenda: - Subject Topic Activity Given Date Submission Date Accounts Journal Collect the Cash Memo, Credit Memo, Tax Invoice, Sales/Purchase Receipts and Various types of cheque of any firm and make in creative way e.g. chart, file, folder etc. 15th June, 2021 12th July, 2021 • Mode: - In this Pandemic the all assignments will be taken through onlineand after that offline submission. • Target: - Students must get more knowledge about the subjects beyond a theoretical knowledge. Organizing of Activity: - As per rules under guidance of Mr. Jose Kurian arrange the meeting of teachers on 8th June 2021, in this meeting they discussed about the internal assessment and then all teacher prepared internal assessment for the students. For Subject Account the internal assessment was given by Account teacher Mrs. Suman Mangaraj on 15th June 2021. In this activity student have to collect the Cash Memo, Credit Memo, Tax Invoice, Sales/Purchase Receipts and Various types of cheque of any firm and make in creative way e.g. chart, file, folder etc. and they have submit on 12th July, 2021. Internal assessment is one of the main activity in schools and colleges every year during which students of the school and colleges are studying. Internal assessment marks system gives the opportunity to subject faculty to know student’s knowledge both in theory and practical. Based on this information faculty will guide the students properly. The high score of internal marks will increase overall percentage of marks.

The directions are as follows:  Visit any firm in your localities  Collect the all Financial Documentation  Analyse the all document and make in creative way  Creative way e.g. Chart, file, folder etc.  Submit on given date Controlling of Activity:- On submission date few students didn’t submitted their Assignment and they was requesting for some more time to complete the assignment. So, teacher gives few more days to complete the assignment for submission. All other students completed their assignment on given time with perfection.
