To whom it may concern,
It is with the greatest of pleasure that I recommend Nyla Sanders for a position with your
company. As her manager for the past year, I have come to value her work ethic, dedication and
responsibility. These qualities and more have made Nyla one of the strongest members I've ever had on
any of my teams, work or otherwise.
Nyla’s colleagues at Sanders Candy often looked to her for guidance in matters of customer
relations and the proper way to complete various daily tasks. As a manager, having someone like her to
resolve issues and always treat customers respectfully gave me great peace of mind as my attention is
always being divided. New team members found her accessible and knowledgeable.
Perhaps Nyla’s greatest strength is her high level of self-motivation. I would often find her
diving into a cleaning project dreaded by her peers, smiling as she scrubbed and scraped. On busy
Saturdays, I would be thinking about the restocking that would need to be done as Nyla was running
behind me doing it all. To go along with her work ethic, Nyla has a tremendous ability to prioritize
what needs to be done.
Nyla would be a tremendous asset to your company in any role she is seeking. Not only does
she possess the strong workplace qualities I have spelled out above, but she is a terrific person who will
enrich the lives of anyone she encounters within your organization. While we at Sanders Candy
would’ve loved to have her longer, I know that she is destined for bigger and better things in her
future. I would advise you to make your company part of that future. I would be happy to expound
