and compose dental articles and other internal or external communication pieces for the business.
Duties for the Independent Contractor/Writer include:
Work with a variety of outside magazine editors or external sales personnel to initiate
communication and understanding of procedures and products before beginning the
writing process
Procedure or product web research for further clarification, as needed
Provide distinct image descriptions
Edit and re-write publications, as necessary, per instruction from the publishing editor’s
directive or upon internal review
Process and edit written company web content
Collaborate with the internal company Graphic Designer/Web Developer for best possible
written outcome
Accurately write workshop, course and seminar descriptions and objectives
As necessary, be on-site to attend to details, per the owner’s request
Respect deadlines and submit all requested documents in the timely manner expected
Human Resources Generalist

Duties included the planning and administration of LSK121 Oral Prosthetic's internal company
policies relating to all phases of Human Resources activity.
* In conjunction with the outside company Paychex, identify legal requirements and
government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies,
procedures, and reporting are in compliance
* Work with and assist all manager regarding employees and their performance – both positive
2. and negative -through performance write-ups and evaluations
* Post all empty new job recruitment ads when necessary, through the various websites
designated for such activity
* Assess and interview employees to fill vacant positions, in collaboration with all department
managers
* Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals
* Record benefits plans outlining employee participation for areas such as: insurance and
pension plan, personnel transactions - such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance
reviews - terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting
* Coordinate management training regarding interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions,
performance review, safety, and sexual harassment
* Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
* Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
* Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity
within organization
* Administer benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension
plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance, to ensure compliance
maximum participation, and cost effectiveness
* Investigate accidents and prepare reports for insurance carrier
* Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews
to determine reasons behind employee decided separations
* Prepare reports and recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
* Represent organization in Human Resources area at outside events
* Help owner with all dental journal case article and course communication written work
Communications and Event Coordinator

The main focus of the Communications and Event Coordinator is to positively expose perspective clients
to LSK121 Oral Prosthetics through use of electronic and print media as well as show the lab to its
advantage during training/educational events when dental personnel are present.

- 6-12 researched dental articles published in various journals yearly
- Outgoing email correspondence and business letters
* First point of professional contact for all parties who call or email LSK121 with interest in
lab services or ordering LSK media/follow-up
* Heavily involved in decision making on all promotional/marketing follow-up
* Handle any article/advertising contracts signed and secured by the owner
* Effectively write all advertising and website text for the Graphic Design Department
* Work closely with interested parties, such as implant or other dental supply companies, to
implement and secure the dates, times and speakers for any courses to be held in the

* Schedule, plan, register and secure payment for training courses, follow up with RSVP and
directional information for all participants
* Coordinate and order all food and beverages to be served during the event
* Required attendance of any outside LSK121 sponsored events as decided by owner,
presenting a friendly and professional image through personal contact with concerned
parties, thereby encouraging interest in the lab’s services
* Help introduce new business to the lab, create a referral base and promote lab services to
all outside dental parties

It is the Dental Office Manager's responsibility to oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic in the
Community Health Center of Central Wyoming. This involves staff hiring, counseling,
separating from and problem solving within the dental area. Problem solve quickly and efficiently
