A 45-year-old female patient presented with complaints of diabetic foot affecting her left leg. She has a history of diabetes and was admitted to the hospital on 4/10/22. She reports that initially she felt something hard like a stone on her foot, which later became infected and then improved briefly before becoming infected again. The patient has two sons, one living with her mother-in-law and one living with her brother-in-law in another city. She experiences significant anxiety about her children's well-being due to being separated from them. Her family history includes a controlling father and mother-in-law who were verbally abusive.
