Dear Potential Employer,
I am writing a letter of recommendation for employment for Devin Barnett. Devin worked for
me for 1 year as my Front Office Manager and Chiropractic Assistant in 2014.
I am a Chiropractor and owner of Integrative Sports and Wellness. We are specialists in our area
for chiropractic, massage, and rehabilitation. We treat a variety of things in our office from
severe injuries to your average preventative care patient. As a chiropractic office our main focus
in our office has obviously been back and neck related pain but we get a lot of sports extremity
referrals to our office. Plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, elbow/hip/shoulder bursitis, tears,
strains/sprains, spinal pain, herniated discs…etc. We heavily rely on rehab and physio-therapy
modalities and exercises to help assist in the recovering of these conditions.
With all of that said Devin ran the front desk area flawlessly. She allowed us to focus on all the
above tasks as providers and she took care of all the other business things. She was in charge of
all the scheduling, billing, collections, phone calls, insurance verifications. She was multi-tasking
pretty much the whole day. She also had to juggle everyone’s busy schedules between myself
and 3 massage therapist. She also helped with some of the chiropractic and rehab therapy when
needed. I never had to worry about Devin being at work and working hard. She was always on
time and always last to leave. She was always willing to learn and to do things right.
I highly recommend Devin for your business. She will be able to jump right in and work hard for
you. She has a very fast learning curve. She gets along with everyone she is around. I firmly
