I had the pleasure of working with Dustin at St. Mary’s Medical Center where he works
as a very important asset of the Surgical Recovery department as a Full-time Unit Clerk.
He is reliable, efficient, and willing to do whatever was needed to get a particular task
finished. Because of the high demands in such a stressful work area, he was always
cooperative and hard working. On numerous occasions he came in to work overtime on
his day off to help facilitate the high acuity and census of patients to ensure their
continuity of care. His reliability and hard work is appreciated. Although his primary
duties were unit clerk responsibilities, he assumed many other roles in the care of patients
that included transporting patients, scheduling tests, assisting the Doctors, nurses,
troubleshooting all the computer issues and many other responsibilities on a daily basis.
Dustin deserves serious consideration as a potential employee, and I recommend him
