employment within your organization. Although I have only known Crystal for a short time, I have found
her strong work ethic and professionalism to be outstanding, which makes it quite easy for me to
recommend her for employment.
Crystal was hired by me to serve as a Customer Service Representative at Community Health Alliance &
Consumers’ Choice Health Plan, in the Customer Service Center of our Tennessee and South Carolina
health insurance companies. Crystal quickly obtained her Health & Life insurance license and jumped
enthusiastically into her role to support our members. Due to reasons outside Crystal’s control, our
companies are unfortunately forced to lay off the majority of our staff prematurely; and it is with great
sadness Crystal must be included in this release.
Crystal is very efficient and completes her tasks on time with care and enthusiasm. She actively asks
questions and seeks solutions to problems. If she encounters problems, she has the courage to
immediately seek to rectify the situation. Throughout her time in this position, Crystal consistently
strives for excellence.
Ms. Ferguson is eager to educate and efficiently assist our members, which ultimately serves as proof of
her dedicated ambition to succeed and excel.
Based on my observation of her performance, I believe Crystal is fully capable of pursuing similar
positions and performing excellently. She has a cheerful and positive personality that makes her a joy to
work with. At the same time, she displays professionalism and an ability to hear our members, show
