J’ai consulté Andrea Ropeleski au travail pour soulager une douleur à ma jambe droite.
Coureur invétéré, je ne parvenais pas à me départir de cette douleur qui gênait ma course
et hypothéquait mes temps. Andrea fut très professionnelle. Elle a effectué une évaluation
physique et m’a recommandé des exercices. Des rencontres de suivi ont été faites afin
d’évaluer l’amélioration de la douleur à l’ischio-jambier. Parce que je n’ai pas une bonne
proprioception, Andrea m’a offert de venir la voir entre les rendez-vous pour s’assurer

Hello,
Since the past few years, I have been a client of Andrea, here at ***** Montreal. The
first contact was to gain knowledge of my training habits, my injuries, my lifestyle, my
requirements and my objectives. The program established by Andrea was directly linked
to the type of exercises that I liked will striving towards my objectives. Follow-ups were
made, exercises were changed and lifestyle recommendations were made.
When I got hurt, she took the time to understand the injury and investigate which type of
exercises was appropriate to strengthen the muscles and improve the recovery time. It
helped quite a lot. Mentally, it helped a lot too since there was someone following up
who understood my situation, who pushed me to my recovery. There is always hope with
