1. Nifty Options - OI Distribution
 The Nifty was down by 12.75 points or 0.14% to
settle at 8,792.30.
 As per the OI data, the maximum OI outstanding
for Calls was at 9000 SP and that for Puts was at
8500 SP. Besides, for trading purpose, one could
Buy NIFTY upto the level 8780 with SL of 8720 for
Target of 8850-8900.
 Nifty February 2017 futures closed at 8814.85 on
Tuesday at a premium of 22.55 points over spot
closing of 8792.30.
 Among Nifty calls, 8800 SP from the February
month expiry was the most active call with an
addition of 1.1 Lakh open interests. Among Nifty
puts, 8800 SP from the February month expiry was
the most active put with an addition of 5.3 Lakh
open interests.
 Nifty February futures saw an addition of 10.3 Lakh
units, taking the total outstanding open interest to
2.33 Cr. units.
 Among most active underlying, Tata Motors
witnessed an addition of 32.40 Lakh units of Open
Interest in the February month futures contract,
followed by State Bank of India witnessing an
addition of 7.6 Lakh units of Open Interest in the
February month contract, Sun TV Network
witnessed an addition of 80 thousand units of
Open Interest in the February month contract.
 The top gainers on Nifty were GAIL India up by
2.96%, Bharti Airtel up by 2.96%, Idea Cellular up
by 2.10%, Eicher Motors up by 1.90% and Reliance
Industries up by 1.86%.
 On the flip side, Tata Motors - DVR down by 8.98%,
Tata Motors down by 5.21%, BPCL down by 3.30%,
Zee Entertainment down by 2.17% and Hero
MotoCorp down by 1.94% were the top losers.

2. Derivative Strategy Pay- Off Chart
 The India Volatility Index increased by 0.80% and
reached 13.80.
 The Nifty Put Call Ratio (PCR) finally stood at 1.21 for
February month contract.
 The top five scrips with highest PCR on OI were Oracle
Financial Services Software (2.00), Eicher Motors
(1.64), Sun TV Network (1.45), Bharti Airtel (1.37) and
Tata Consultancy Services (1.33).
